We had a good stay overall and felt the condo was a fair value for the price. The space was comfortable and the furniture was nice, although some pieces showed wear and had stains. The biggest area for improvement would be the bedding — the sheets were stained and could use an upgrade. With some refreshed linens and a little TLC, this place could be even better. It was perfectly livable and worked well for our trip, just not a luxury resort experience (which we didn’t expect). The host was easy to deal with.

It has been a week since we’ve returned home from our chilly stay at Harbour Place. Sarah ensured us we had enough blankets and added bonus all switches were labeled which helped us settle in quickly. The location and condo are exactly as described and Sarah was wonderful to communicate with. The condo villagers were very welcoming and the property team keep everything clean. We stayed during the off season and the daily walks on the beach with lots of space were wonderful. Directions for checkout were easy to follow and user friendly. We are excited to stay again in the future!

The condo is beautifully decorated and well-stocked just like the pictures and descriptions show. Owners are very communicative and welcoming. The Welcome binder on the coffee table and notes on the fridge are very thoughtful. We love Orange Beach and Harbour Place and would stay in this unit again.

This is an Awesome property in Harbour Place! Great updated and Clean. On East side of condo, so there's no motel to look at. Great view of the beach and Gulf. Also close to restaurants, shopping, pier and Gulf Shores!

Location! Location! Location!

We loved it here! The pictures online of the view from your room don't do it justice. The view is amazing! The location could not be better. You are super close to Gulf Shores and on the calmer side of Orange Beach, so everything you could possibly want to do is within 15 minutes. We would definitely book here again.

Very comfortable stay

We love the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. We’ve stayed at properties where the condos themselves are a bit older and the individual units and decor was dated. This building was older but the unit was updated. It was clean and had what was needed for a comfortable stay. There is direct beach access and a view of the ocean from the balcony.

Hall way and elevator or not clean and smell badly carpet in hall way must be as old as the building .but the inside of the rooms , were nice and check in was easy but cash only for a parking pass overall stay was nice . Just really need updates on hallways and elevators .

Thank you for your feedback. We take great pride in Harbour Place, and our HOA is dedicated to maintaining the building. We are currently working on replacing the hallway carpet and repainting the building to enhance the overall experience. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and found the rooms comfortable and check-in easy.

Harbour Place condo is the ultimate beach vacation for our guests. The condo is spacious, with a 5th floor balcony view of the ocean and beach. There is elevator access close to the condo, so no stairs are necessary. It is a smaller complex with ampule parking spaces with a covered garage option. We as hosts, pride ourselves on cleanliness and upkeep of the unit. The pictures of the listing are a direct reflection of the condition of the unit and what you will be getting when you book with us.

Unique benefits of the location of Harbour Place is it is in an area less populated which allows our guests to enjoy the beach without the crowds. It is within walking distance to several seafood restaurants and shopping centers. As a smaller complex the parking and unloading of luggage is not a stressful affair as it is at larger resorts with more people.
