Easy 10 minute set-up, this centrally located 3/2 home in Deer Park, Texas sleeps 10. The house is 25 mins from downtown Houston. Close to Daikin Park and NRG stadium. 10 mins to Sylvan Beach in Laporte or 45 mins to Galveston Island for a fun beach day. 20 mins to Kemah Boardwalk, for a day of dining and shopping. Nasa Space Center and all the major plants are just a quick drive for those in town on business. This centrally located home has tons of amenities and is kid and pet friendly!! Large screen TV's, board games and puzzles, a full coffee bar, a huge pool with a basketball goal, a hot tub that seats 7, and free on-site parking that can accommodate even an RV!! Deer Park also has some of the best food places around, from Cajun crawfish at Guidry's to the best BBQ in Texas at Andy's Hawg House--you are going to LOVE your stay here!!

The house was spacious with a nice open kitchen/livingroom and excellent furniture. It was perfect for cooking and stil being able to interact with family. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were both amazing! The host was responsive and gave precise instructions for everything. I would definitely rent this house again.

Great stay in good neighborhood

Host was very accommodating and attentive with any concerns and questions. Nice neighborhood and pool was the perfect place to cool off during this summer heat. Would definitely book again!

The property was clean, in a nice neighborhood, and was perfect for our family of 5. Check in was a breeze. The property owner was professional, and responded to my messages very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

Great Home

This home was really nice and in a great location. The whole house is amazing inside & outside.The pool and jacuzzi area is very nice and private. We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very responsive and checked on us to make sure there were no problems or needs. I would definitely stay there again

Great Place!

Very clean home, clean backyard and pool! We had a blast being there and the comfort of knowing it was clean. We will definitely look into staying here again! The host responded fast as well when I asked a question and super friendly! Thank you!

Stayed 1 full week. The pool and house were a dream! Jennifer was communicative and helpful! Close to Nasa and downtown. Would absolutely stay again if returning to the Houston area!

Hi guest, I'm unsure why you left a 8/10 rating. I was very accommodating to you and your husband during your stay even allowing guests not on your reservation to come and go at all hours using the pool without any extra charges, and I have a strict no visitor policy. You left a huge mess in the kitchen food stuck to the floor, counters/dirty dishes, old food left in the fridge, overflowing trash inside and out, left the outside dirty and didn't clean the grill. You waited 2 months to leave this review after your stay, I am not even sure if this was accurate, since you left no reason for your lower rating. If there was something that concerned you about your stay, we spoke on several occasions during your stay, and you had ample opportunity to let me know the reasons, so that I could have helped elevate your stay to your satisfaction, as shown by my other reviews. I do wish you nothing but the best, but would not wish to rent to your family again after leaving my home in such a terrible state upon checkout.

I chose Deer Park because it was close to my job, and the people there are so friendly. You never meet a stranger, and if you do, they won't be for long.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This property is entirely yours to enjoy! The main home and pool are reserved exclusively for guests. Occasionally, I stay in the detached ADU on the property. The ADU has no shared walls or indoor access to the main house. We do share the main outdoor gate (if entering or exiting from the back door), and you might see a friendly face outside, but I completely respect your space and privacy and will leave you to enjoy your vacation!

I am so thankful to have such wonderful guests, and want you to feel at home and welcome while you're here. I keep to myself, but if you want to say hello, please do! I love hearing about my guests travels and why they picked my neck of the woods as their vacation destination! I also like hearing the great stories about your hometowns or favorite travel locations and letting me know why I should vacation there.
