Welcome home- this 3 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for a family get away. Relax on the hammock while listening to the trees rustle and birds chirping. Outdoor shower and grill. The Location is perfect- walk through the neighborhood 2 blocks to the beach- Local stores and restaurants located on your walk. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms offer plenty of space to relax and unwind. Open kitchen allows the chef to meal prep while still staying involved with the group.

Great location and property

Great location and property, we had an awesome visit. The communication was proactive and spot on, check in / out was seamless, and property was situated in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the beach (we walked there several times). The home was clean, well equipped, had nice backyard and covered sitting area, and located in a less busy part of town.

Great home and location

This was a great spot to be in for our weekend on the space coast. It was an easy trip to the Space Center, but also amazing access to the beach for a lazy afternoon. The house was tidy and everything was easy to figure out.

Wonderful Stay

This was our first time coming to cocoa Beach and this spot couldn’t have been any better. It’s a block off the beach which kept us out off all the traffic at times. Great centralized area to all the food and entertainment. The house was perfect size and clean! I definitely recommend this property to a family, couple or a get away by yourself!!

We believe we ended up identifying most of the issues with this house during our stay. On arrival we found 3 of the 5 stove burners did not work, the dryer produced no heat, the water purifier didn't function, and the owner had canceled the cable TV service.A few days later, we experienced a major water leak that ran from one end of the house to the other, impacting access to nearly every room. We notified the property manager in the morning but did not receive a response until she arrived unannounced the following evening. After seeing the extent of the damage, she arranged to relocate us while major repairs were completed, including replacing the shower pan, bathroom tile, and stove. Fortunately, she was able to find us a home that was better than comparable for the 12 days we were relocated.Communication from the property manager throughout our stay was limited. The house could benefit from general maintenance. Several bifold doors jammed when opening and closing. When we arrived, a wooden bed frame was sitting in the front yard, and 6 weeks later it was still there. The shed doors had fallen off and were lying in the lawn, and there were several dead potted plants in the screened room.On the positive side, the location is excellent—close to both the beach and town, on a quiet street near restaurants. The screened porch is pleasant, with two chairs and a small table, and the BBQ grill worked well. The kitchen stocked with basic items was adequate for the 2 of us.

Excellent value, great location

Super happy to stay in this lovely little house. Everything in great shape and clean. We had a small plumbing issue but it was fixed immediately. Location is excellent - only a few blocks from the beach and downtown Cocoa Beach and supermarket. We love laid-back Cocoa Beach.

Family visit

By brother and I came down with our spouses to visit our Aunt. Property was walking distance to her place on the beach so location was perfect. The house was clean, smelled great and had everything we needed for a great week (including a grill!).

Perfect home for our needs

We had an extended 2 week stay for a family of 4 and this home was perfect. The neighborhood is comfortable and quiet but close to everything. We walked to two different neighborhood parks with our kids, when the weather is nice, downtown Cocoa Beach is just under a mile walk. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great, bathrooms had what we needed and the screened in porch and fenced in yard made mornings pleasant

Clean, welcoming home a few blocks from the beach

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Beach towels and boogie boards were provided and we were a short distance from Lori Wilson Park beach which we visited daily. Great home base for visit to Kennedy Space Center. Kitchen was well supplied and it was great to have the ability to do our laundry during the trip. Only suggestion would be to supply a few basic cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, vegetable oil.

Wonderful property with great landscaping and a nice screened in porch. The bathroom seems to be original and the shower head has a pretty powerful stream. The only issues we had were with teeny ants on the countertop and the dryer door needs to be tapped shut. Everything else, the rooms and decor was great. Good walking distance from everything and make sure to check out Cove Park down the road for manatees!

Lovely home!

We enjoyed a month long vacation in this lovely home located in a quiet residential neighborhood but close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, the public country club and other fun places. The home was very clean, newly renovated and very well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The huge TV was great for watching the Olympics and the Super Bowl and the screened portch and private backyard were perfect for relaxing and reading. The management company was extremely helpful when we had questions. We would highly recommend this home for your next vacation on the Space Coast!

Dryer is nonvented so it takes all afternoon to dry anything. No notification of lawn services . Hinges on dual outdoor shower:only one attached. Washcloths turn bluish/purple when used.

Great place to stay

My husband and I spent the month of March 2022 at this house. It was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with everything we needed. Location is convenient to shopping and great area for walking. Note - It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Nice having a washer/dryer on site. The TV is huge! We had a couple maintenance issues but property manager responded quickly. We would recommend it .

Lovely place, nice area. Clean. Had an issue with plumbing and it was sorted within an hour - amazing! Only thing would be that when I've stayed in properties previously they left a few nice things like snacks or the basics for making a drink. But that's being picky.

Perfect for quiet and relaxing!

We absolutely loved this property! Our host had provided everything we needed to enjoy our trip, even down to a pan for a Thanksgiving turkey. (Which we unfortunately didn’t get around to using.) The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and the beach is a short walk away, which we went to every day. One thing to note, the television in the living room needs the light switch on to power the outlet. We figured it out just before we called for maintenance! Thank you so much for making our trip an enjoyable one - we will be back!

Quiet street, immaculate newly finished home 3 min drive from public beach

This is a hidden gem, only 3 min to the 4th St N public access beach. It is also walkable. The interior is brand new with all brand new paint, floor, appliances, dishes, etc. Stocked with everything needed for cooking. Laundry room with both washer and dryer is super convenient. The three bedrooms made this perfect for our family. Everyone had a room. (One room contains two twin beds.) Master bedroom has TV and attached bathroom. Beach towels and umbrella provided! The screened in porch offers a great view of the newly planted landscape and large trees around the property. We loved seeing the colorful blooms and it’s a very safe place for kids or pets. The front also has new landscape and a half circle drive for easy parking. I loved not hearing traffic! A super find, family-feel street, and outstanding communication with the host. Also very close the the large public golf course. Highly recommend this home!

Quiet and convenient

This is our second visit to this property and it did not disappoint. The yard needs some care, but the house itself is great. If you want toys for the beach, bring your own or there are a ton of places to rent things. Our favorite restaurant is within walking distance (if it’s not too hot)!
