The Space:

Step outside and you're one block from the sand, two blocks from the Banana River - a Cocoa Beach location that puts every kind of beach day within easy reach. This renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath home gives you room to spread out, relax, and soak in the Florida sun without ever needing to drive.

Living space

Inside, you'll find a comfortable layout built for groups, with smart TVs for movie nights or catching the game. The sun room adds extra living space - a bright, relaxed spot to unwind, read, or just enjoy the breeze coming off the coast.

Outdoor space

The private outdoor oasis is where this home really shines. Rinse off sand and saltwater in the outdoor shower, then settle into the tiki hut lounge area for an evening drink as the Florida sun goes down. The backyard offers an open grassy space, and you'll find outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill set up for easy alfresco dining. A pool rounds out the outdoor amenities, giving you another way to cool off between beach trips.

Sleeping arrangements

With 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, the home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided throughout.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your own meals, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. You'll also find cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a blender, toaster, and baking sheet on hand, plus wine glasses for evening toasts. Barbecue utensils are ready to go for grilling out back, and the dining table seats the group for meals in.

Bathroom

Both bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, body soap, and hot water, with a bathtub available for soaking after a day at the beach.

Beach days made easy

Beach essentials - including beach towels, an umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided, so you can head to the sand without packing extra gear. A kayak is also available for exploring the nearby river at your own pace.

Location

South Cocoa Beach puts you close to it all: a quick walk to the beach or the Banana River, easy access to downtown Cocoa Beach for dining and nightlife, and a short trip to the Kennedy Space Center if you want to catch a rocket launch. Orlando's theme parks are also within reach for a day trip. With free on-site parking, self check-in, and a smart lock, getting started on your stay is simple from the moment you arrive.



Guest Access:

There is an electronic lock, and you'll receive the code prior to your check-in!



The Neighborhood:

In south Cocoa Beach, you'll be a stone's throw from everything you could want to do on vacation. A quick walk to the beach or the banana river. Enjoy days lounging in the sun, watersport adventures, a night out on the town, jaunts down to the space center or to view a rocket launch, or a day trip to Orlando for a theme park day.



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are prevalent in the area!

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.



Regarding the 8 guest occupancy, we have a King, Queen, and a bunk bed, which can comfortably fit 6 guests. We also provide 2 floor mattresses to sleep more people which is why the occupancy is set to 8.
