Night time bright non-polluted Texas skies and stars galore. Picnic area and fire pit availability. Wildlife, song birds, and, axis deer run wild. Eight acres to enjoy God's beautiful creation.

オーナー : Charlie Swift
I spent most of my childhood in Abilene, Texas and my wife, Joanna, spent hers in San Antonio. We're retired now, from an oilfield career, and live on property above the rental about an 8 minute walk. I tend to a small wine grape vineyard and pecan orchard. Joanna raises chickens, lots of chickens! We look forward to hosting because we love people.

We've owned this sixty acre piece of earth for more than twenty years but only lately have decided to rent it. It's as pretty a site as there could be on the Llano River. It's rural and off the pavement a ways so solitude and peace are all around.

Without a doubt location and access to the River is unique. Also having seven acres of a river view "park" to lounge and picnic in.
