Welcome to our cozy five-bedroom ranch-style home on a ¼ acre lot in the peaceful Willow Creek neighborhood. This 2000 sq ft home is perfectly suited for 4-8 guests of family gathering, group business trip, or small sport team. Inside, you'll find two luxurious California king beds, one comfortable queen bed, and two dedicated offices with two tween beds. New firm mattresses will ensure you a comfortable and restful night's sleep. Very nice place for a group to stay at.

Had people flying in from all over the country. The 5 bedrooms worked out great. Very roomy house with a nice backyard.

Beautiful home in Folsom

We booked this property for a week to host our family for a wedding. The house was clean and they had everything you would need for a short term stay. The bedrooms, living area and backyard were huge. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the hosts were quick with their communication. I would highly recommended this place.

GREAT FOLSOM FAMILY HOUSE !!

Great house, super clean, nice backyard and hot trub,. Central Folsom location, close to Sutter street and bike trails. Hosts were Great !!! When I had questions they responded quickly. . Highly recommend.

Great stay!

Everything was very clean and well kept. Beds were very comfortable and the location was very convenient. We would definitely stay here again! One thing...I would recommend cleaning out your dryer's lint trap once in a while. We removed a lint ball that was literally the size of a football! That could be dangerous as it is a serious fire hazard and could cost you your home.

Nice home in Folsom

Our family needed a place to stay while we were having fun on the American River. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. There were some of the essentials there for us to use such as pots, pans, dishes, etc. The check in and out process was easy. We didn't use the jacuzzi because it was too hot outside, but the couch and TV were a nice place for us to rest together as a family. The air conditioning worked well to keep us cool. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would recommend this home.
