Enjoy 31st floor views within a fully furnished downtown condo.
This unit contains an adjustable working station with internet speeds up to 1 GBPS (download speeds vary by device). A fully loaded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large island with plenty of seats. The living room contains a 70 inch Smart TV with a built-in Airplay / Chromecast, while the bedroom contains a 55 inch Smart TV room with Apple TV. Both TVs are plugged into a DIRECTV box.
Need to relax outside the condo? The Spire building is filled with everything you need in one place. This includes a gym, pool, hot tub, fire pit, pool table, private theatre room, grilling stations, and a cozy lounge.
Want to explore downtown? Staying in downtown means being close to everything. Take a 9 minute walk to 16th Street mall to shop or a 9 minute car ride to Coors Field to catch a ball game. If you brought your own ride, you’ll have a designated parking spot in a private parking garage (7ft clearance).
