Beautiful Carriage House - Near Botanical Gardens-On site parking

Walk to Cheesman Park, the Botanical Gardens, an independent bookstore, and a host of restaurants and bars. Several bus lines are within a few blocks. Three grocery stores, downtown Denver, and Cherry Creek are all less than two miles away.

The carriage house features a queen-sized bed and master bathroom suite, a convertible sofa in the living room, laundry, off-street parking, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, and WiFi.

Please note, this unit is on the second floor so you will need to climb a set of stairs to access.

Parking for one car is available right outside the carriage house.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with this rental. It is small but it was perfect for two people, very clean and attractively decorated and had all the amenities we needed. It's in a great neighborhood, an easy walk to Cheesman Park, which has a beautiful walking/running trail, and the Botanical Gardens. There are lots of restaurants and a few microbreweries within walking distance (we are big walkers). We particularly enjoyed Jelly for breakfast, Blue Pan Pizza for delicious Detroit style pizza, and the Wild Corgi Pub for drinks.

Excellent location!

Thank you for a great stay! As a FYI for future guests, the electronic keypad is located on the handle of the physical door to the unit. There is a key box and an electronic keypad on the garage, both are not associated with the rental but are much more visually obvious.

Week before Christmas.

Quiet, convenient, loved parking. Place is clean and stocked with essentials. I would add a coffee grinder and some tea, which we were happy to purchase. Stairs are manageable with care. I would suggest adding another bar at top on right for last 3-4 foot climb. We had a great stay and it was very quiet at night.

Cozy little apartment

This little place is so cute! Great little neighborhood. Pretty walkable. Definitely can’t fit more than 2 people. Would stay again :) go see the botanical gardens if you stay here!!!

Excellent location

Very cute carriage house, though hard to find from the GPS which only sometimes accurately guided us to the street; I recommend adding some more directions to the check in! Great location and walkable to the botanical gardens.

Perfect place for my stay

This property was perfect for my stay. It was very clean and a great location. I read reviews so I knew finding the exact location may be difficult. The listing should state that you need to access the unit from the alley behind the house. Will book again.

Great Location!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the heart of Denver in this carriage house. The unit was exactly as advertised and was a wonderful place to stay. We loved how close we were to the Botanic Garden, Zoo, giant park and tons of places to eat and hang. We walked everywhere! We will definitely stay here next time we are in Denver.

Stay for DU graduation

It was a small but lovely property in a really good location. The kitchen had lots of supplies and everything was clean and neat. The directions for getting into the property were a little confusing, but maybe that was because we arrived late at night. It was nice that there was coffee and shampoo already there.

Perfectly quaint

This lovely, quaint garage apartment was perfect for visiting family who live nearby. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed with laundry, and full kitchen. The on site parking spot was one of the best perks, as street parking is at a premium. This property is in a very walkable neighborhood with the Denver Botanic Garden, Cheesman Park, bars, and restaurants within a couple block radius..

Carriage house

The property was clean and in a great location, easy access to everything we wanted to do. The only downside was the steep staircase and the lack of a stair rail at the top.

Wonderful Carriage house

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and quiet Carriage house. It was clean and had guest soaps and cleaning supplies. Very small details would have elevated this to a absolute five star rating. New pillows and pans are needed for this property. We will definitely book again. I feel how well this VRBO was managed that they will address these issues quickly.

Great Location

This small apartment is only a block from Cheesman Park and very close to the Denver Botanic Garden which makes it ideal for exploring the area. We found the bed and the bedding very comfortable. The kitchen is quite functional with full-size appliances, including a new looking refrigerator. It had everything we needed except a toaster. The TV and WiFi worked well. The apartment is located above a garage in an alley and has steep stairs that would not work for anyone with mobility issues. The space is fine for one or two people. The dedicated parking spot is a plus and very welcome in this neighborhood. We paid a cleaning fee, but we were asked to strip the bed, load and start the dishwasher, load the towels and start the washing machine, and take out the trash and recycling, all by a rather early 10 am departure time. We received an automated email shortly after we arrived asking us to reply with feedback. We wrote back with a few concerns, but no response was received.
