We apologize the balcony does not provide direct beach access — the beach is reached via the wood walkway across the parking area — and regret this wasn't clearer. We're also sorry about the stained living room furniture and the queen mattress; we'll address the cleanliness with our housekeeping team and will use your comments when assessing updates to furnishings and bedding. Regarding the paper parking pass, pickup at the local office and return are part of the current process; we communicate pickup details in pre-arrival messages but will work to make that clearer to avoid inconvenience.
