The top floor location provides a view of the ocean to the West and South. From the front of the unit and second bedroom, you can see the spectacular Hualalai volcano.

In the living room enjoy your streaming services from the flat-screen smart TV and high-speed wifi. The living room and each bedroom have a window unit AC and ceiling fans.

The main bedroom has a new Queen-size bed and a view of the ocean. The second bedroom has a new King-size bed and views of Hualalai. There is also a queen size sofa bed in t lophe living area.

For dining, enjoy outdoor seating on the lanai with beautiful ocean and pool views. There is also a dining table inside in the living area that can seat four.

The kitchen is complete with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. The kitchen comes with all the essentials for cooking and dining. The condo has a full-size washer and dryer. There is one assigned parking spot suitable for a small or average size car, steps away from the stairs leading to the unit.

Alii Lani has two, well maintained pool areas. Each area features a pool, spa and grilling area.

Located near town you are a short drive or walk to shops and restaurants. Kahalu'u Beach Park, perfect for beginner snorkeling, is 3 miles south along Ali'i Drive. There are several coastal access paths along Ali'i Drive that are within walking distance and perfect for sunset watching.

Our condo association requires rentals be at least 30 days. This is no smokin/vaping allowed on this complex. Due to safety concerns, this condo is only for children 8 years and older.
