This luxurious retreat features king beds in every bedroom, a private indoor pool, a patio hot tub, and an outdoor fire pit with stunning hill views. Designed for large groups, it accommodates up to 27 guests, making it perfect for family gatherings or friends' getaways. Community Notes:

Please be aware that our home is part of Smith Creek Reserve, which is partially complete. Guests may hear construction noise outside during the daytime due to the development of new homes, which guests will have access to once complete. Construction work typically wraps around 5PM so evenings should be undisturbed.

For the area, we recommend having an AWD vehicle during the winter months. However, getting from our home to the tourist sites in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg is fairly easy as these routes are on main roads. Please note, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds should vehicles not be able to access the home.
