We had a wonderful experience at this VRBO. The property was immaculate. We were there during a heat wave and Holly brought in an additional AC unit for upstairs to make sure we were comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you, Holly.

We were so happy with this property! The house is just as pictured and described, and was so comfortable and clean! We were moving our daughter out of Syracuse and were tired of the hotel route… this home was perfect for family time in-between packing up. It is a little out of the way from campus, but the 15 minute drive went by quick. Very convenient to the airport though! We’d love to stay again on our next visit. Thank you!

Holly was quick to respond to any questions. The house provided all of our needs for 3 of us in a very quiet neighborhood. We used it as home base for visiting Skaneateles about a half hour away, because it was much less for a b&b. A bonus were restaurants we highly recommend and are walkable within 5 minutes!... the Grotto Restaurant for dinner - food and service was excellent- make reservations... and Just one Bite for excellent friendly service and great breakfast food.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything you could need for your stay was provided. The host provided clear check-in and -out instructions and provided excellent communication. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Five of us stayed here very comfortably. Highly recommend!

The property was lovely. It was well decorated and very clean. The host responded quickly and efficiently to any communications. Quiet street, but easily accessible to lots of other things. Washer and dryer in the basement. Very convenient (but bring your own detergent)! The king-size bed upstairs probably needs to be replaced. It was extremely soft and unsupportive, almost difficult to get out of. Other than that, everything was perfect!

This is cute house with good bedrooms. It’s close to the airport and major freeway interchanges, and is very convenient for travel in this region. Holly was clear about directions and she was responsive in communicating with us.

This property was a very comfortable, neat bungalow with tasteful decor and well-appointed rooms. The host seems to have thought of everything one would need for a great stay. The neighborhood was very cute and quiet and not far from Syracuse University, which was the purpose of our trip. I highly recommend stopping at Vince’s Gourmet market, which is right on south Main Street in north Syracuse. They have home made pastas and salamis and so much more!

Great cottage!!

This is a lovely cottage - great location, tastefully renovated, nice decor, clean, and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living room had comfy furnishings, and it was nice to sit on the porch in the morning with some coffee. Great communication by the owner!

The location of the property was fantastic. Easy to find & locate only 20 minutes from the Syracuse Nationals which is what we went there for. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen was excellent. The location was in a very quiet neighborhood. The couches were not that comfortable, but I have sat on worse so it was livable. Now for the few things that bother both of us. There was only 1 shower. Just pointing out that the thing that catches your eye when looking in Vrbo are words 3 bedroom and 3 baths. It isn't until you look into more of the property that you find out you have only 1 full bathroom and the other 2 are 1/2 baths. Lucky for us that the other person who was to attend could not. Otherwise, we would have had to fight to take showers. The 1/2 bath one on the main floor was so narrow. There was only 1 dresser for 3 bedrooms! There was however lots of closet space. One of the bedrooms had a window air conditioner when the rest of the place had the central air. I did like the fact that there was a ceiling fan in one of the rooms and fans located in the other 2 rooms. One other point I need to state was in the kitchen sink there was hair in the drain. Since I used to clean for a living this really did bother me. I kept stating I am not going to clean it, but eventually I did. The place was nice, but it wasn't as great as the description made it out to be. Because of the few things that I mentioned I could not honestly give it a 5 state rating.

Weekend visit

We used this rental to visit our daughter over Easter weekend. It was a quick ride to campus and was located in a nice neighborhood. It was our first time to North Syracuse, and we found it to be charming with a lot of choices for restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was very nice and I was able to make Easter brunch and provide a "family meal" to the group of college students that joined us.

I was visiting my family and found this beauty. It accommodated us wonderfully, and the hostess was very communicative very detailed oriented. It’s in a great neighborhood. Lots of shops and restaurants around the house was clean. and we will be back

Beautiful updated property

Our host was wonderful, providing just the right information at the right time. Checking in and accessing the property was easy. Holly checked in on us and did not bother us. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for meals and hygiene. We admired the house and the remodel work. Brought back a lot of fond memories of other homes. The neighborhood was quiet and close to the airport and North Syracuse. I hope we can come back.

I was born and raised in the Syracuse area and love everything that Central New York has to offer. As an avid traveler, I love the opportunity to stay in a home setting, with the comfort of having my own space and ability to to live like a local. I started hosting guests in my home over 8 years ago and loved doing so and wanted to create a similar experience for guests in their own place. With a background in real estate, home design and event planning, my aim was to create the perfect space for guests traveling to the area.
