Come relax in the ideal location, with a breathtaking sunset view over the ICW! Recently renovated, clean and comfortable 3BR/2BA condo located in the private gated community of Spinnaker Point, Carolina Beach. This property is located in the north end of CB which is a peaceful and family friendly area. Enjoy the private beach access, pool, hot tub, pickle ball, kayak launch, and grilling area. Beach access is next to Freeman park for your pups, drive on beach access, etc...! We provide everything you need to enjoy your stay including towels, linens, home necessities. Please message us regarding pets and flexible scheduling. We look forward to hosting you- Thank you!

Lovely Stay!

We had the best week at Pearl on the Point. The beds were comfortable, the house was well stocked, and the location was quiet and beautiful. Having access to a private beach was also great because it never got too crowded.

Great Spot

Overall this was a very solid stay. Housed all 5 people. Very close to the beach with plenty of parking. We would stay here again.

This is a beautiful condo that is in a quiet neighborhood. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool, but it is also very close to the ocean and the boardwalk if you want a more social atmosphere. There are a lot of restaurants in the area that we enjoyed as well. We would definitely recommend staying here and would be interested in staying again if we returned to the area for a future vacation.

This rental is beyond amazing. The condo itself was fully stocked and absolutely beautiful. The Host was very responsive and answered every question. The neighbors were kind and helpful. The pool and hot tub were pristine. My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves.

Great property and location with plenty of parking. Nice people everywhere. Biggest plus to this property was the pots and pans. They are actually usable which was nice to see.

We fell in love with NC and have 3 properties currently. We have 2 kiddos and a golden retriever named Bernard. We love to travel, be outside, and enjoy time with family & friends. We hope you enjoy our properties as much as we do!

We chose the North End of Carolina beach because it is peaceful, safe, family friendly, and still close to all of the amenities that CB has to offer. It is walking distance to the beach via private access, Freeman park, marina for those that enjoy boating, the pier which has a restaurant and tiki bar, coffee shop, kayak launch and more! It is a short drive to CB boardwalk with tons of restaurants, shops, entertainment.
