Stay Salty Villa PooL open 5/15 walk to beach

Stylish tropical retreat rippling with character. Less than one block from the public beach access. Luxurious home that sleeps 6 ppl. Outside deck that is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze while people watching.

The house has 2 large bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and garden tubs.

An open concept living area including kitchen, living room and dining room.

A lap pool for the guest to enjoy is located on the property.

Guest have access to the entire house.

PARKING: Space for parking under the house is limited. If bringing two cars, they will have to be pulled one in after the other. Oversize vehicles will not fit. Cars must be pulled in all the way under the house.

Pool is not open year round. Typically it opens 5/1-5/15 and closes soon after Labor day.

Quiet hours are 8am to 10pm. All vehicles must be pulled completely under the house. Smoking in the house of any kind will result in a $400 fine.

Parties will result in removal w/ no money back. Guest required to sign renter agreement. Minimal renter age is 21 y.o. CC surcharge on all bookings.

Birthday family vacation

I loved the location of the house and was very beautiful. The only complaint I have was all the dishes I got out to cook with with were dirty. Looked like previous renters used them and just put them back in the cabinet without washing them. Also the bathroom in the bedroom on the pool side needs a blind. The neighbors across from the pool can see right in and see everything you do in the bathroom. No privacy at all.

Perfect location

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It is in a great location with perfect proximity to the beach.

Place was just as described and close to everything to be able to have a fun and relaxing family vacation. We will be back to visit again.

I am a pharmacist at Duke Hospital who stumbled into the world of property management and real estate. It all began when I started renting out my personal properties as short-term rentals. I quickly fell in love with managing properties and interacting with guests, which led me to obtain my real estate license. As my passion for this field grew, I expanded my services to manage other people's properties as well. The business became so busy that I had to reduce my hours at Duke Hospital to dedicate more time to it.
