This home is currently on the market. While we do our best to minimize any inconvenience, there may be an occasional request for a real estate showing during your stay.

If a showing is needed, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and work to schedule it at a reasonable time. As a thank-you for your flexibility, you'll receive a $50 credit for each showing that takes place during your reservation.

If you're not comfortable allowing potential showings during your stay, we completely understand, but we kindly ask that you choose a different property for your trip.

Friendly reminder that you will be charged a 4% service fee if you choose to cancel after you book.

Welcome to Stay Salty Villa, a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo located just one block from the pristine sands of Carolina Beach. This spacious 1,363 sq ft retreat offers serene canal views and is designed for both relaxation and convenience.

Step inside to discover an open-concept living area bathed in natural light, featuring hardwood floors and a cozy gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a pantry, making it perfect for preparing meals after a day at the beach. Each of the two bedrooms includes a private full bathroom with soaking tubs, walk-in showers, and walk-in closets, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the spacious decks, where you can unwind while taking in the tranquil canal views. The property also features a community pool, providing a refreshing alternative to the ocean waves. With assigned on-site parking and a location close to local attractions, everything you need is within reach.

Located in the heart of Carolina Beach, you're just a short stroll from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, where you can indulge in a classic Britt’s Donut or enjoy live music at The SeaWitch Café & Tiki Bar. Explore nearby local favorites like The Fat Pelican, Island Burgers & Bites, The Veggie Wagon, and Brunches. PARKING: Space for parking under the house is limited. If bringing two cars, they will have to be pulled one in after the other. Oversize vehicles will not fit. Cars must be pulled in all the way under the house.

Pool is not open year round. Typically it opens 5/1-5/15 (tentative) and closes soon after Labor day. ***POOL IS CURRENTLY OPEN***

Perfect place for us

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was extremely clean and comfortable. It was much bigger than we anticipated. The owner was so quick to respond and always so helpful. My grown kids loved it and we definitely want to go back.

Excellent stay!! This place is clean! So many beach units are not. Beds and sheets were super comfy. Our 7 year old slept on the pull out couch and did not complain. It had a foam topper over the mattress to provide comfort. Updated decor is fresh and airy and the lighting was cheery in this unit! Lots of windows. Pool was small but we had it to ourselves and it was delightful to return from beach to swim. You’ll need to do a 3 point turn and take it easy parking under the house, but I got my palisade and Volvo suvs in there back to back without hanging out of the bay. Snug but doable. You’ll love the ability to walk out the door and across the street to the beach! Makes it worth every penny when you have 3 children and you are toting the whole kitchen sink! We were treated like royalty by our host Andrea, who answered our every question quickly. The kitchen was well appointed with soap, new sponge and all bathrooms had hand soap and small travel sized shampoo conditioner.Full sized washing machine and dryer. BYO detergent. There are full bathrooms attached to both bedrooms and a powder room in the main hallway (lovely for larger families). One bathroom has a tub for the little ones. 1 set of Steep stairs from the parking space to the second floor of the unit and you are in. Keypad entry was easy. Wide expansive front porch all to yourself. Lots of board games. All in all a fantastic stay and we’d 100% stay here again.

Birthday family vacation

I loved the location of the house and was very beautiful. The only complaint I have was all the dishes I got out to cook with with were dirty. Looked like previous renters used them and just put them back in the cabinet without washing them. Also the bathroom in the bedroom on the pool side needs a blind. The neighbors across from the pool can see right in and see everything you do in the bathroom. No privacy at all.

Exceptionally clean. New. Nice. Upscale. Quiet. We loved the recliners (two). I justvwish they would paint the outline of the little alley way we use to access our parking space in yellow so people would not park there. We need that space to make our three point turn to get into our parking space. Also, a heads up . . . Advise you make a three point turn to get into your parking space. They are quite tight. They are pretty near impossible to pull strait into on the first go. Other than that, a great place.

Very clean 2 bedroom condo

This was a clean unit and very close to the beach! It has a shower and small pool to use anytime….there were many items to use in the condo which was so nice to have considering I did not pack very much. Thanks for the great fun! So good to have the property unit manager available at all times.

Clean condo and great beach access

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and the proximity to ocean made it easier to go back-and-forth from the beach to the house. Since we arrived early, the cleaning crew was able to finish up and get us into the place earlier than expected which is much appreciated since we had young boys with us.

Great family place!

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was a big bonus to have the pool to use after the beach. My grandchildren, 4 and 6, made friends and had a blast. The beach is a few steps away and restaurants a two min. drive. Would love to go back! It does need a new small non stick pan!!! Everything else was perfect.The last night we had 15 relatives for dinner and we had plenty of room. Love the powder room!!

Ideal location

This unit is ideal for location and set-up for family of 4 or two couples with the two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and close proximity to beach! Andrea coordinated and communicated needs for some minor reno work that did not interfere with our enjoyment of our stay. Our stay was everything we hoped, even with the tropical storm rolling in on our checkout day. Again, Andrea offered some options to make our exit plan the safest and most desirable as possible. Customer service and communication was the BEST!

Carolina Beach Trip

This was our first time to Carolina beach - the property was very nice but we can during a time of some upgrades to one of the showers. The property manager did everything needed to accommodate us for the inconvenience. I would stay again and definitely recommend.

Awesome Experience

We absolutely loved the location and the updates in the condo. We didn't realize we were sharing the pool with the complex, but it never really became an issue. Great place to stay!

Wonderful stay despite the weather

We booked our stay long before hurricane Isaias decided to make a debut at Carolina Beach. We decided to hunker down and endure the night in hopes of having a beautiful rest of the week. The owner was more than responsive before, during, and after the storm. The villa was just beautiful and held up to the storm with no damage. Everything was exactly as described and fully stocked with all the essential items we could ask for. We will definitely reserve again for our CB get-a-ways.

Great Beach Rental!

Our trip was a short but great one! I wish we could have stayed a full week - this property would have been perfect for it! I had family coming from the north and we had time to do a one day and night visit to the coast. I was so happy to find this rental that would let us stay one night and give us easy access to a great beach. We were able to park early, get some beach time in before getting settled into the unit. The place was in great condition and super clean and tidy. We had some dinner and enjoyed the pool. In the morning we were able to swim some more before getting packed up and out of the place. The owner was amazing and let us keep parked in the spot until a bit later in the day. Getting to the beach was easy, we loaded up the wagon and walked the short end of the block to the access boardwalk. Super beautiful spot, great for swimming, wave jumping, sand castle building and shell collection! Thanks so much!
