Unwind in St. Petersburg at this wonderful bungalow. This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms with a king and queen bed, perfect for a small group of guests. Enjoy modern amenities like AC and heating, a well-equipped bathroom, brand new appliances, and freshly renovated kitchen.

This home is just a 5-minute walk (if that!) from a newly built, state-of-the-art YMCA. Less than 15-minutes from St. Pete’s activity-filled downtown and just 20-minutes from the beach.

Relax in the comfort of this quaint space during your stay. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

All bedrooms have blackout shades.

Nespresso machine and pods available for use. Other kitchen necessities such as cooking essentials, blender, food-processor, and citrus juicer stocked as well.

This home includes a dog door and spacious backyard. **Please note: there is a downward step to access the living room. This may be challenging for those with limited mobility**

10/10 stay. Very welcoming, clean, accommodating. All the extra touches made it homey! Will stay again when we’re in the area. The cinnamon rolls was the icing on the cake!

I absolutely loved staying here! It was so nice, very clean & overall amazing place. My favorites were the backyard, kitchen & all the plants!! I would 10/10 stay here again. Excellent communication as well.

Amy left me a note wishing me a happy birthday and included a few goodies. The place was very clean, organized, well stocked, and centrally located. Definitely would stay again!

Great stay overall. The host was very communicative and easy to work with from start to finish. The house was exactly what I needed and clearly well cared for. I especially appreciated seeing one of these older St. Pete homes thoughtfully redone while still keeping its character.The primary bed was a bit too soft for my preference, but the spare bedroom had a firmer memory foam mattress that worked great for me. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable, well managed place in St. Pete.

Host was friendly and in touch before and during our stay to ensure we had up to date information, assistance if needed and was quickly responsive to all messages. The house was incredible! Clean, up to date and spacious. Beds were comfortable, linens clean/new. The house was easy to find and close to everything we needed. We will stay again if we can next time we visit our family. Many thanks for the stay and hope everyone else who stays respects how much care the owners have for the space.

I’m so glad that I chose this home to stay in while work was being done on my house. It’s very clean and really welcoming! The backyard was amazing for my pups. The location is great and really quiet! Will definitely book again the next time I have work done at my place! Oh! And the bed was SO comfortable!
