New kitchen with stainless appliances including dishwasher and OTR microwave, quartz countertops, stylish dining room, queen bed, free parking and shared laundry on site.
Property is professionally managed by Copeland Morgan LLC. Host is not on site, but they maintain a 24/7 call center for maintenance and other issues.
Property is located near the intersection of Drew & Missouri near downtown Clearwater.
You'll have full access to the one bedroom apartment with screened front porch and one assigned parking space.
Ideal for business travelers and long term stays, the apartment is fully renovated and comfortably furnished, with high speed (500 meg) wi-fi and ROKU smart TV, and free laundry on site.
