Issue with Cleanliness
The location of this place was just okay. If you’re looking for something within walking distance to things, this isn’t really it. Short drives to Dunedin and Clearwater beach. My main issue was the cleanliness. While the beds were fine, the rest of the place was gross. The kitchen cabinets had crumbs left in them, the garbage area was disgusting with leftover food and coffee grinds everywhere. There were some sort of black crumbs on the table in the living area that I initially thought were bugs and on the bedroom floor. The bathroom had ants crawling around everyday, even after we would clean them up. It seemed as though someone just came in and did a really lazy job cleaning. The washer/dryer was also shared with the entire building, which was a hassle when trying to do laundry. The description makes it seem like it’s in the unit so it’s a bit inconvenient if you need to wash clothes. This place wouldn’t be my first choice to stay.
