My love affair with Exuma began during my first visit in 2015. The breathtaking crystal-clear waters and the warm, welcoming locals completely captivated me. That’s when I knew I had to make it my mission to build a dream home there. Exuma is truly one-of-a-kind, and I hope you come to appreciate its magic just as much as I have.

Bahama Sound 18 was picked for its location. A well established local neighborhood that is extremely safe and close to everything. I spent years coming to Exuma and renting beautiful homes and knew when I built my own I wanted to be able to be a couple minutes from the beach but also the town, shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

The Palm House was built to be a chic retreat close to all amenities but still in a private and relaxing setting. It is 2 bedroom/2 bath and perfect for a solo traveler, couple, or a few friends. If you love an elevated, yet comfortable stay and being close proximity to all Exuma has to offer - than you will love staying here.
