It was a great little place to make home base during the World Cup in Boston. The T station was near by and we enjoyed our stay.

Very cute, clean and close to public transit. We also were easily able to walk to Fenway with our kiddos. It made our first trip to Boston a great one.

The space is quite lovely and the perfect size for two people. I appreciated the close walking distance to the orange line train station, and we felt safe walking around in this neighborhood. It was incredibly easy to check in/out and the host was very helpful and hospitable. I would highly recommend staying here -- we loved our time here!

Quaint spot conveniently located.

This is an adorable place with lots of charm. It’s very clean and adequately supplied with kitchen utensils, bath towels and extra bedding. My husband and I found the neighborhood to be safe, quiet, and convenient to the various things we wanted to do in and around the Boston area

It was decent

I’ll start by saying the apartment was very clean and communication was decent. There wasn’t much to the area that appealed to us other then the T being close by. We were on the bottom floor so you will definitely notice when those upstairs are moving around. It could also use an upgrade on air conditioning.

So Sorry our place was not ideal for you. We are in a quiet residential area as stated in the listing. However, within a 15 to 20 minute walk 18 restaurants, 2 excellent coffee shops. Beer/wine store/full service supermarkets. If you don't have a smart phone. We have provided the info in our coffee table book or happy to share. Just ask. 3 units in the building, so you may hear others entering. It is an 1860;s building. Excellent construction. We have provided a white noise machine in case guests are sensitive to noise. The air conditioner is fairly new, we are available as hosts if you need an assist, just ask! Thank You for staying!

Perfect studio!

Check in and instructions were clear, as well as instructions for street parking as there is not on site parking. Terry responded to any questions quickly and was very friendly. The place was clean and perfect for anyone to stay just a few days or even longer with the little kitchen. The only small problem we had was that it was very warm in the unit (it’s winter) but we were able to use the ac unit to cool it down (we sleep warm but if you were to always be cold, you’d love it). As other reviews say, you can hear people coming and going and the occasional foot steps above, but nothing major or disruptive. People driving by in the street were the main source of noise but you’d have that anywhere! It was a great weekend stay and we would definitely return to the same unit.
