Great pool and beach, disappointed with cleanliness

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floor was covered in sand when we arrived and there were bags of what I assume were the dirty linens from the previous guests sitting outside for the entirety of our stay. The balcony area was also dirty. For the price we paid, I was expecting a much cleaner unit. It also seems like they could have afforded to provide more than one garbage bag and some shampoo and conditioner. Other than those issues, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed the location.

Vacation

The room was ok, still it clean like it should be, but the property was not clean at all, pools were gross, filled with bugs. Swim up bar pool especially disappointing and filthy, needs some major updating. Will not be staying there again, we enjoyed it 10 years ago but not a penny has been put back into the place

Great Family Location

Unit was nice but not very clean when we arrived. Dish washer stopped working so washed everything by hand. Great location. If spiders are an issue then this isn't the place for you, the whole building needed a good cleaning. Overall mostly happy, would stay there again.

Great location however dirty

Quiet dirty, there were spiderwebs at front door when we tried to walk in. Balcony was full of spiders. Queen size bed was horrible, uncomfortable. Sheets had sand on them, had to wash everything, when taken sheets off mattress cover was covered in food crumbs, very random. Kitchen was stocked with keuring, coffee drip, fridge with filtered water, plenty pots/pans/utensils. Kitchen as dirty and needed to be wiped down as well. Pool bar has not been in business for many years. Check in was inconvenient we had to go 20 min from condo to get the key and than had to drop it off at check out(keyless would be so much more convenient). No fault to host but it was pretty loud every door slam was heard. IF unit gets much needed deep cleaning before each guest it would be perfect. Its great floor plan for 2 families!

Sanctuary stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was perfect. We have stayed in this complex multiple times in many different units over the last 10 years. In general the place is really showing its age. Our unit was a three bedroom with the only fairly comfortable bed being the master. The other bedrooms were pretty rough. Had an issue with cleanliness initially. There was sticky red pieces of candy all over the floors as well as all over the backs of the table/ chairs and footboard of most beds. Possibly sticky hands from kids that were there before us so that was aggravating to spend your first few hours wiping furniture. The rental company did come back quickly to mop the floors when I asked them too and were quick to respond. We would not return to this particular unit however.
