**Guest Access**
Guests have full access to the home. The lower level includes a washer, dryer, and an additional refrigerator. The kitchen is fully available, with ample space provided for food storage.

**Host Availability**
While we may not always be on-site, we are readily available by message to assist with any needs, provide recommendations, or answer questions. In some cases, check-in or check-out may be coordinated in person with advance notice.

**Neighborhood**
Located in a lively, family-oriented area near Valplayso Park, the home is just a five-minute drive from downtown Valparaiso. Central Park Plaza hosts events year-round, including live music, outdoor movies, and a seasonal farmers market, with an ice rink in the winter months. This is a lived-in home, and some personal belongings may be present. Each bedroom includes designated storage space for guests. A signed rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation.

Please no shoes worn in the house
Please treat the home with respect and leave spaces as you found them
Clean up after using the kitchen and shared areas
Dispose of trash in designated bins (trash & recycling collected on Wed mornings 8a)

Kitchen Use
Cooking and dining are limited to the main kitchen and dining areas
No food or cooking in the basement

Smoking & Substances
No smoking or vaping inside the home
If smoking is permitted outdoors, please dispose of waste properly

Safety
Lock doors and windows when leaving the property
Do not use candles or open flames indoors

Children must be supervised at all times, especially in outdoor areas

Use designated driveway or street parking only
Do not block sidewalks or neighboring driveways
