The host is great. She's very personable and highly responsive. I wish more hosts were like her. The house is baby proof which is a huge plus. Our host got out a pack and play for us, a rail for the bed, tons of board games. The drawbacks are the neighborhood. It is outside the scope of the host.
The house sits on a curve with a hill so all night we would hear cars come around the corner and give it gas to go up so it was a bit loud and kept my kids up here and there. The neighbor across he street has a loud truck and it seemed like he would come and go multiple times. Our issue was simply the road noise.
Also, the dryer is kind of hidden. There is one for sale on the right of the washer. If you unhook the drapes to the left you can see the somewhat working dryer. I get why it's kind of hidden, the host was trying to corner off the utilities the best way she could and the way the curtains hung, it had to be that way. The dryer is very sketchy and shame on me for not mentioning it to the host. Basically, it is like roulette with the knob to start. At times, it would start on the sensor setting, other times only on the timed settings, and other times somewhere within either of those settings.
Another helpful thing the host did was leave notes throughout the home. For instance, an emergency flashlight so she would put a marker for it. She would do that throughout the house to help when she's not there. She also left out candy for guests and would have some specialty bread.
