Barry, I am sorry that the renovations impacted your stay and that we didn't communicate this clearly before your arrival. We understand you didn't anticipate the construction and your experience fell short of the expectations. We appreciate your feedback as we work to improve communication with our guests. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to welcome you back once the renovations are complete. Thank you again for sharing your feedback.

Avoid first floor rooms

I’ve stayed here several times, the location is great, property is nice. However, if you plan on getting a good nights sleep, avoid the first floor. Rooms over the bar and music is very loud and goes most of the night.

Great access to Vail Village!

While we did not spend to much time in the Mountain Haus what time we did spend was pleasant and very accessible. 1 minute walk over the covered bridge and you are in Vail Village. The room and the building were in great condition and staff was very friendly and accommodating.
