Welcome to our beautiful home. Enjoy family-friendly living from this centrally located and spacious ground-level 3-bedroom guest suite. Take a 10-minute walk to Metropolis for all the shopping, dining, movies and entertainment, or take the Skytrain for easy access to downtown, airport and all the tourist destinations. If you are a nature-lover, don't miss strolling Central Park which is just blocks away. Our home will provide comfort for your work, leisure and exploration in Vancouver.

The space is a lovely ground-level suite with a separate, private entrance from the side of the home, and guests will enjoy the entire suite to themselves. The space includes new renovations made in 2024, including a portable air conditioning unit installed in the main bedroom available for use in the summer months from June 1 to August 31. The host resides upstairs on the second floor of this two-level home and can assist with any questions or other needs as required. The front of the house has a lawn and flowers that blossom in the spring. Parking is available in front of the home.

The suite features 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6 in total), 1 full bathroom, a kitchen, and a living and dining area.
Bedroom 1: Queen-sized bed, sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2: Double (full) sized bed, sleeps 2.
Bedroom 3: Double (full) sized bed, sleeps 2.

This place was in a great location, quite neighborhood, but close to a lot of shopping areas/parks. Also parking a vehicle was no issue. Very clean place, and had all the amenities you would need. Host was amazing to communicate with from start to finish.

Great experience

This was a great place to stay reasonably close to the Skytrain station. The accomodations were comfortable and the property manager was very communicative. I would recommend this listing.

We found the property to be very well maintained, easy parking and super clean and comfortable accommodations. The property owner was very communicative and we (all women) felt very safe. We highly recommend this location to anyone that is in the area on business or leisure!

Nice property. Clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was a short 10 minute walk to the sky train and breakfast spots.

Sunny and spacious

The VBRO was perfect for our 4 dsys spent in Vancouver. It was definitely enough room for 6 adults. The queen bwdroom was large and the bed was very comfortable. The only negative is the listening stated a washer and dryer. The washer worked great but the dryer was a rack that we had to place outside to dry our clothes.

Shopping weekend
