Welcome to Paki Maui 310, a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit that offers ocean views from your private lanai and ceiling fans throughout. This property does have elevators for easy access. Unit 310 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedroom features a queen-size bed and natural wood furnishings. The bathroom offers ample vanity space and features a convenient walk in shower. As you step into this quaint and cozy unit, you'll be captivated by the enchanting Hawaiian decor that adorns the entire space. The living room boasts an open-concept design, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Relax on the queen-size pullout sofa bed, offering additional sleeping space for your convenience. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, inviting you to showcase your culinary expertise.

While the unit doesn't have air conditioning, the gentle Hawaiian trade winds and ceiling fans help to keep the space cool and comfortable on windy days.

Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. Within a short drive check out Whaler's Village Shopping Center where you can enjoy many dining options and entertainment. There are golf courses and putting greens available in Kaanapali and Kapalua.
