We take claims of pest infestations very seriously, which is why we immediately inspected the condo after receiving your report. During our inspection, we found no evidence of a roach infestation. What we did find was that the unit, which has a maximum occupancy of two guests, appeared to have been occupied by approximately eight people. The condo was left in an extremely poor condition, with food debris and trash throughout the unit. In a tropical environment, leaving food and garbage out can attract insects, which is why we provide guests with guidance on proper food storage and disposal during their stay. We also want to address your comments regarding our response. You demanded a refund, called our team liars, and made serious allegations of an infestation. We have extensive photo documentation of the condition in which the condo was left after your departure. It is never acceptable to leave someone else’s home in that condition or to make false accusations in an attempt to obtain a refund. We stand by the condition of our property and our prompt response to your concerns. Our goal is always to resolve legitimate issues quickly and professionally, and we will continue to do so for all of our guests.
