Welcome to Magic on the Mesa, a completely remodeled and fully furnished home in the East Mesa neighborhood of Santa Barbara, CA. Just two blocks from the California coastline, Shoreline Park, and a bike path that takes you to Ledbetter Beach. Single-family home featuring 3BR + 1 Full Bath with double sink vanity and ample counter space, full laundry, and smart TVs. Large landscaped backyard with citrus and avocado trees. Dine al fresco on the back patio or relax by the fire table. Beach cruisers for adventures to downtown Santa Barbara, wine tastings in the Funk Zone, dining, or shopping on State Street. Perfect for a Family

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We thought the house looked even better than the pictures. It was very close to the beach and the Shoreline playground, which was great for our toddler. It's also about a 10 minute drive from all the other main areas. Would definitely stay here again.

Just what the doctor ordered.

This place is clean, comfy, nicely appointed & in a lovely location. Just 2 blocks from the shoreline for daily walks and gorgeous views. Close to groceries and much else. Super comfortable master bedroom bed!

Perfection

We had a fantastic experience at this property! The home was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—close to local attractions and just a short walk to the beach. The backyard is absolutely beautiful, a perfect spot for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and easy. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great getaway!

Quiet home near the beach

Jamie’s home was nice and quiet. I particularly liked how noise did not travel from the living room television to the nearest bedroom and the room-darkening curtains which didn’t let any light in at night. We’d definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

Our multigenerational family rented this property for a long weekend trip and it was perfect. The house is centrally located near shops, restaurants and the beach in a quiet treelined neighborhood with plenty of street parking. The house had great hangout spaces both inside and outside. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Amazing stay! The house was super clean and came with everything you needed. I really appreciated the extra towels and the beds were also super comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Family Trip

We had a great stay, the house was clean and very nicely renovated. Beds were comfy, and the AC/fans in the bedrooms kept us cool at night in the warm weather. We really loved the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler - it is impossible to bring these things but they were in the home to use, these amenities made our beach days so much better!

Great vacation home

It was just about perfect! Super clean, recently updated, nice interior design. Lots of fluffy towels, new and easy-to-use home heating system, and the RO filter for drinking water were nice touches which we appreciated. Location was great — a very short walk to Shoreline park where we took our kids often. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. I only would note that the dining area was on the small side. Nevertheless a really nice kitchen/dining area with high quality appliances.We will definitely rent this place again! :)

Rental Done Right

We were a family of 5 and wanted a consolidate place to stay. We were stunned by the cleanliness, order and presentation of this house. There was not one consideration that we had that was not considered by the home owners. Many of the homes for rent are "you live in our house the way we live" and that governs amenities conveniences and other considerations. This was a "hotel" like neutral- didn't presuppose any lifestyle, sp there was no need to adjust on our part. The house was easy to get to, convenient to locations like the beach and had a really nicely manicured back yard. We didn't get to use all of the amenities but my teens loved the "clubhouse" garage conversion; they were able to "get out of the house" and not hang with the old folks. Again thank you to Jamie and her crew for making the home so enjoyable. Totally blew our expectations away!

Wedding

The house was as advertised and even more. The backyard, the bicycles, the cornhole game, the beach 2 blocks away, it was an amazing stay. More than we bargained for, thank you for allowing us to stay here, we truly enjoyed the stay for our son's wedding. Thank you.

Perfect Home for our Family in Santa Barbara

We enjoyed staying so close to the Beaches and Ocean in this beautifully remodeled home. We used the kitchen a lot, with its new appliances, as well as the outdoor new BBQ and grocery stores are a short drive away. The family room was very comfy as were the mattresses. We also enjoyed the perfectly manicured back lawn and even spent some time in the extra living space in the repurposed garage. We’ve stayed at a lot of nice VRBO properties but this one is the top of the class.

A perfect stay!

What a wonderful visit! Jamie’s place was perfectly appointed for all our travel needs with thoughtful touches throughout the home. She thought of everything! The beds were so comfortable, and the lovely design of the house and backyard was restful and charming. The quick walk to a nice park with cliffs along shore was super easy and less crowded than right along the State street. Communication with our host was super. We highly recommend this gem! As we left we were actually brainstorming which of our friends we'd like to return there with. :) Looking forward to returning!
