Very nicely appointed townhouse, updated with nice finishes. The first floor has the primary bedroom and bath, and a second bedroom with the bathroom across the hall with the washer and dryer. Second floor is a spacious living area and kitchen. Nice gas log fireplace. You are walking distance from the beach and although a bit of a longer walk, close to downtown. It is less than a block away from hwy 101. The compound sits off a major road but doesn’t seem too noisy most of the time. We were very comfortable in this property.

We stayed here during ucsb move in weekend. It was spacious, clean and easy to communicate with the host. A great location in SB and a quick zip down the road to campus.

Excellent location to my son’s apartment. Townhome had everything we needed for our stay. Would stay here again as well as recommend to others. Just a cliche with online payment, as it wouldn’t accept debit card. Talked to wanderlust mgmt and it was resolved timely.

Cute and cozy! Stayed here for our daughter’s grad. It’s only about a 15 minute walk to the Funk Zone. Bring an iron (portable steamer) cause they didn’t have one (unless we missed it) but otherwise everything was great. Would definitely come back.

great location!

the condo was nice and slept great! comfortable beds...location was great! you walk in and the 2 bedrooms are downstairs and you go upstairs to the kitchen which was nice for the early risers. we did have aunts in the bathroom downstairs but didn't really want to leave so they could come and spray they offered but the aunts were not that bad. the street was a little loud but with the fan running at night it blocked it out.we had a great visit in Santa Barbara! thank you

The Good & The Bad

The Good - very well appointed townhome that was very comfortable and clean. The location (only .5 miles from West Beach) can't be beat. The Bad - on a very busy street. The pictures make it seem like the townhome is located in a quiet & tranquil area but nothing can be farther from the truth. Even with the double-pane windows, the constant hum and noise of cars passing by was a bummer. So much so that using the lower and upper patios was a non-starter.

Beautiful, clean, spacious property

Great property -- we really enjoyed our stay here. The space was clean, well furnished, and spacious. The location was fairly central, about a 10 minute walk to downtown and the beach, and the area felt safe and walkable.

Relaxing Getaway

Extremely pleasant vacation rental. It was clean and nicely decorated and maintained. I would, without exception, recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet spot to relax. Its location near the beach is a plus.

Just so comfy

Airy, spacious, and with a cozy banquette in the kitchen - we love this property. Everything is spotless and in excellent condition. The contemporary style include some playful art I enjoyed too.

Centrally located nice fully detached townhome.

It was a very nice bright and cheery place to stay. Centrally located townhome just minutes from all my favorite spots located around Santa Barbara, Montecito and Goleta areas. Would definitely think of staying at this place for my next visit.

Comfortable Cozy & Clean

I would not think twice about returning to this property. It is well represented in the photos and convenient to the harbor and lower State St. Groceries are very close by as well as the Rodeo Room Lounge or the Brewhouse which are all an easy walk down the block. I was surprised about it being a two story home, so it might not be good for someone with accessibility issues but not an issue for us.

Nice condo, good location

We were happy with our stay. Place is newer and clean. The location is walking distance to the waterfront. It is right behind a gas station and on a pretty busy corner. If you are noise sensitive, this might not be the place for you. I had some trouble sleeping due to the traffic noise in the front room, but my traveling companion said the primary was quiet.

Perfect Place For Walking SBA

I've visited SBA on countless occasions during my life to visit my grandparents who've lived there since the 50s. They are in their 90s now so this Thanksgiving, so we wouldn't overwhelm them with our kids (8 and 11), we stayed at this lovely home. This provided us a perfect basecamp for enjoying everything downtown SBA has to offer. In the mornings we'd walk to the beach and grab breakfast. For lunch we met up with my family at SBYC. For dinner we expanded the girls dining pallets at many of the restaurants on the beach and up State St. My wife and oldest daughter also spent a lot of time going up and down the shops of State Street while I preferred to sample the many offerings of the Funk Zone. We barely used our rental car! The house was great for a family of four and we even hosted a dinner with my extended family with plenty of room to spare. Onsite laundry was great given that the kids never met a beach they didn't get filthy on and here was no exception. The next time we return to SBA we're definitely hoping this home is available again.

We had some difficulty with code/key. Strongly urge coded door as other updated vrbos use. Otherwise this is a great property. Rooms excellent. Furnishings simple. Everything worked. Location is excellent. We could walk downtown. Funk zone. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

The townhouse was as described, completely renovated, and like brand new. The house was meticulously, clean and well apportioned and decorated. The location is good a couple of blocks from the beach and close to all the activities at the Funk Zone.
