Located on a quiet, residential street, just around the corner from Shoreline Park and less than a half-mile from 1000 Steps Beach, this family-friendly getaway is sure to be the talk of your next vacation in Santa Barbara. Inside this three-bedroom getaway, you'll find a well-equipped, island kitchen for preparing your favorite recipes, a dining area with a table for five for meals or family game nights, and an inviting living area with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, and a smart, flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies using your own accounts. Step outside and relax on the furnished deck or settle into the lush, tropical backyard, fire up the gas grill, and dine al fresco.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Relaxing house in SB

Enjoyed our stay, was able to take easy walks to the beach, parks, and local restaurants. The garden in back was a pleasant touch and a nice place to relax.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in this beautiful home. It was very well stocked, clean and comfortable. The outdoor garden area is magical. The location is perfect, just a block away from the beach. Would love to come back.

Quiet oasis in Santa Barbara

This is our second stay at the property. The gardens in the back are perfect for our family to have quiet down time and a brief morning walk from the house to the beach was ideal. We will definitely stay again next visit.

Great place to stay when visiting Santa Barbara

This was an amazing place to stay and relax. The house has everything you need to spend time with family and/or friends. It is very well located, in a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes walk from the beach, and not far from major tourist points in Santa Barbara. We would definitely recommend and come back again.

Lack of A/C made this stay uncomfortable. Twin bedroom does not have a window only a door with out a screen. Double bedroom does not have a ceiling fan. Location is great easy walk to Shoreline Park. Backyard is very beautiful and relaxing.

Super comfortable house in an amazing location

This is the best location to stay in Santa Barbara -- just a block away from beautiful Shoreline Park, a 15 min walk to Leadbetter Beach, and a 10 min or less drive to anywhere you want to go in town. The house itself is super comfortable, especially for families. We really enjoyed the big spacious kitchen and the beautiful backyard.
