Check Out Instructions:
Gather used towels: Pile up on bed.
Throw trash away: All trash or all the contents of the fridge will need to empty and thrown out. Please use trash cans on the street. Tuesday night pickups.Remove all perishables.
Turn things off: Turn lights in off. Leave heat on low setting.
Lock up: Lock up.
Return keys: Leave on table or return to cohost Serap
Additional requests: Please leave the heater on a low setting when leaving.
Turn off all lights, close all windows and lock all doors.
Please empty out the fridge completely and take down trash before your departure. Please place it in any empty trash popcontainer on the street.
Place all used towels and sheets/ blankets in a pile on the bed.
Please Leave the key on the table and lock the door behind you. Thank you for staying.

No shoes on the carpets. We are very strict on this. No smoking inside the apartment at all.
