This is a supreme North Beach-Telegraph Hill location with a rare private garden, deck and expansive views over downtown SF and Chinatown, The unit has it's own private deck as well as the garden below. It is a cozy 1-bedroom located in the heart of the North Beach-Telegraph Hill neighborhood. It is walking distance to Cafe Trieste, Coit Tower, all the restaurants, bars and cafes in North Beach. 3 blocks from the entrance to Chinatown. Both the Ferry Building and Fisherman's Wharf are within 15 minutes walk.

The location is amazing. The property is quiet and perfect for us. Walk one way and you’re in North Beach, another way and Embarcadero, another way and Chinatown…we were in heaven. We love SF and can’t say enough to describe how much we enjoyed our stay.

My nephew’s stay at Matt's apartment exceeded any expectations we had when booking it. His stay exemplifies the perfect experience one would expect from a VRBO stay. Matt was regularly communicative and available for any needs, which included being able to take care of things within an hours notice if support was needed. He kept the apartment really clean, with extra linens and household items, everything my nephew needed was on hand. The location was perfect and really made it easy for my nephew to get around the city. We would absolutely recommend staying with Matt and would do so again without hesitation. Thanks Matt for taking such good care of my boy.

SF spirit

Matt’s house was a lovely place to stay for discovering SF. Is central, close to many PIERS, next to little Italy, the iconic Coit Tower, and one of the most famous streets in the city. Matt is very easy going and responsive. The house have all the necessary for having a comfortable stay and he preserves amazing key moments in history of SF in his walls. Plus you have an amazing view of the city from a little beautiful garden where you can enjoy every now and then some breakfast. It really felt like home and we highly recommend.

I loved this place!! Fantastic location on top of Telegraph Hill at a great price. Pros: 1. The view from the deck is of the Transamerica building and surrounding skyline and it is amazing day and night. The flight of the Telegraph Hill parrots every morning and evening is an awesome experience. The birds often come eat the berries on the tree next to the deck, so you see them up close.2. There are fantastic restaurants of every cuisine and price range within easy walking distance. The climb home is steep from every direction, but you can always order delivery. In fact, you can order pretty much anything you want delivered to your front door incredibly quickly here. 3. The apartment has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, and the room is dark and quiet for a good night’s sleep. The kitchen is small but fully equipped. As a former chef, I was impressed. There are generous amounts of cleaning supplies and anything else you might need under the sink.4. The owner has been very thoughtful in setting up this place for others, no question. He is very responsive as well.Cons: No cons really. This place just isn’t the typical one that could pass for a hotel. This, and all the interesting photographs, is part of its charm. Enjoy!!
