Relax in the Dolphin Retreat! Waterfront house with dock and kayaks.

Besides of wonderful wide saltwater deep canal view, you will get a completely custom in immaculate condition manufactured 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home with direct Gulf Access (1min by boat). The kitchen has wood cabinets and granite countertops. Large pantry in the kitchen and separate laundry room with washer/dryer. The master bedroom has King size bed, TV, and walk-in closet with his and her shower. The large 2nd Bedroom has Queen size bed and its own bathroom, and the 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses and its own bathroom. All bedrooms have nice size closets. 24x24 Porcelain tile throughout the home. Walk in laundry room for your convenience.

This home is located on a DEEP WATER CANAL WITH DIRECT ACCESS TO THE GULF and has a floating dock. 5 Kayaks are at your disposal plus a barbecue with a water view.
Bring your boat dock it at the house (we also have a place to store your trailer-please call for details).

Great for canoeing, kayaking, or bringing your own boat the GULF IS ONLY 1 MINUTE AWAY!! Or enjoy our famous "Sunken Beach" where you can just sit in the shallow water in the beautiful Bay just 200 yards from the house(about 4min away by kayak).

After a fun day on the water sit on the beautiful deck and relax overlooking the water to end the perfect day. Beautiful outside area with 14 x 20 pergola, attached to the porch area. Great outside area for cookout or relaxation. Very quiet neighborhood.

This place was very dirty. If you walk across the family room in white socks the bottom of your feet would be black. Like there is a black soot on the floor. The dishes were dirty with dried eggs on them. Thank God there was paper plates. The grill that they brag about is rusted out. Everything is just old. The tv apps didn’t work. It just says they are loading and never open. I would not recommend this place. There are plenty of other places that are much nicer.

As soon as you notified me of the TV and grill issue, I offered to bring you a grill and show you how to operate the TV's within an hour and you declined. There was one saucer that I saw the egg on, It must have inadvertently been pulled from the dishwasher and not checked. The home is always sanitized and cleaned very well after each guest leaves, I do it myself as to make sure it is done correctly. I have managed 7 different houses for 5 years and have NEVER had a complaint about cleanliness, I actually get compliments on how clean they are. There is construction going on next door and your socks may have gotten dirty when you were on the porch. I know you were upset about the construction noise but the area was devastated by Helene and the community is still rebuilding. The homeowner offered to give you a refund for one night and you declined wanting almost a free stay. I strive very hard to make sure everyone has an enjoyable stay and would have resolved any issue you had but you waited until your 2nd to last day of your stay to even bring this to my attention and declined when I offered to bring you a grill, was this just so you could get a refund?

Great stay!

This was a great property for our family of 5! We stayed for a long weekend, but I wish it had been longer! We chose it because it was approximately halfway between Tampa and Crystal River where we had activities planned and it had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Stay

The property offers everything one could want for a vacation stay. It was clean and so comfortable. The property manager, Cindy, was amazing! Accommodating, flexible, communicated so well and even delivered fishing poles to us! We will definitely look to stay again!

We love being able to get away to The Gulf coast every summer. The place we’ve regularly used was sadly lost last hurricane season. We found this place, and were pleasantly surprised by it! The place is beautifully remodeled inside, very clean, has a great back yard, and a very well built and strong dock to tied the boat up to. Plus, Cindy the property manager is GREAT!!, super helpful, super flexible, and will do whatever she can to make your stay great!

Hudson canal getaway

Nicely furnished property on the canal that leads to the bay. Having access to a couple of Kayaks and fishing poles as well as a stack of books was a nice plus. Totally enjoyed our stay and the hostess was very responsive to any questions that we had. Enjoyed our stay !!

Nice property on the water!

We had a lovely stay at this house. It is well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room and nice patio in back yard. We had great instructions on expectations and local places to visit. Thanks for providing such a wonderful place to stay!

Amazing Property

Great location to everything you could want or need. It was a relaxing stay for my family and I and I wish we did have to leave. Sitting on the back patio enjoying the morning and getting to see dolphins while drinking morning coffee absolutly phenomenal!

Better than expected!

We knew the place was going to be nice based on the photos and reviews but it was even better than we expected! The house was immaculate clean and air conditioning kept it perfectly cool! It had all the amenities as we enjoyed coffee every morning on the back patio and even saw manatees! Our kids loved kayaking and fishing and the space was great for our large family as the house has everything! All we needed was to buy food! Cindy went above and beyond to ensure our family vacation was excellent and we have already decided to rent again next year and stay longer!

Beautiful property quiet location

Lisa is phenomenal and keeps a beautiful home. This is our second year here and we hope to return again next year. It is a short distance to my mom’s home in FL. Plenty of things to see and do. My kids especially enjoy all the local thrift shops.

A fine week

The house is clean with plenty of room for our group of four. The extra bathroom came in handy. CNN would have been nice for us news junkies. Spent several hours enjoying the fishing right on the dock. Lots of good nearby restaurants.

On the Water....

Clean house, responsive and friendly property manager, Cindy. The house is situated in a manufactured home neighborhood right on a cancal leading to the gulf. We saw dolphins feeding on mullet one evening. That was the highlight of our trip!

Clean, well stocked home

Super clean! Home is well stocked in kitchen, lots of linens, beach towels, washer and dryer, etc. loved having 3rd bathroom. The lower trundle bed in 3rd bedroom squeaked with every move but otherwise the house was just as described, well equipped, and so clean!

Family vacation... didn't happen!

Family vacation planned for 5 people, unexpected circumstances ended up with only 2. Needless to say we were disappointed until we arrived. We opened the door and we instantly felt "at home". Meticulously decorated with everything that was needed to make a wonderful stay. Very peaceful neighborhood with canal in the "backyard "Lisa, our host, was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend any accommodations provided by this host.

Relaxing holiday

Everything was great. Had a few issues here and there, but communication was wonderful and quick. The home owners and property manager were very gracious and thoughtful. Our family holiday was a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. The house was decorated nicely and had everything I would need, like a home away from home. The inside of the house was very spacious, it accommodated everyone nicely. The outdoor deck and sitting area was a nice space. Just loved sitting out there listening to the water, while the husband was fishing.

Scalloping on July 4th Weekend

The house is exactly as described. It was clean and well equipped with everything you need for a stay. The new owner, Bogdan, was very nice, responsive, and accommodating. I mentioned the coffee maker was broken, and within about 45 minutes he hand delivered a new one to us. The neighbors are also nice and gave us advice on how, and more importantly, WHEN to come in and out of the canals with our boat. I've only seen one other review that mentioned bringing a boat, so I wanted to mention some things. If you are bringing or renting a boat, you have to pay attention to the tides. This was our 3rd year scalloping in Hudson, and the tide swings here can be upwards of 5 feet. The canals are all deep, but the channel out of the neighborhood is lined with rocks and kind of just ends in the middle of a shallow flat (my old GPS shows it as land). At low tide, unless you have the skinniest of boats, you won't be able to get in or out. We brought a 22 foot center console, and we needed at least a 1.5 foot positive tide to get in and out. I played it safe and came in and out at 2 foot. Don't let this worry you too much though, you still get plenty of time on the water between those tides... we were out for 6 or more hours each day and still had extra time. All that is to say, it's a nice place and neighborhood and we would stay again.

Newly Weds

We were married in Hudson the week we stayed. The house was perfect and weather was good for the event. We loved the setup of the home, the location on the canal- just needed more fish to bite! Host was responsive and we'd love to stay again!
