Nestled high above the palms, its spacious private lanai overlooks the world-renowned Kaanapali Beach as well as the resort's lush interior courtyard and pools, offering the perfect tropical retreat to relax and unwind.

Enjoy all the advantages of a full modern kitchen featuring top-of-the-line cabinets and countertops, conveniently stocked with everything you need to prepare the perfect meal or refreshment. Dine at the air-conditioned in-suite dining area or in the tranquil Maui outdoors on your large private lanai.

Outfitted with a sumptuous king-size bed, this spacious 500+ sq ft residence can comfortably sleep two guests. Enjoy a lavish bath experience with a granite vanity and an impressive all-travertine walk-in shower.

Nestled right in the heart of Kaʻanapali Beach, steps from soft sands and pristine waters, The Whaler boasts one of Maui’s best resort locations. This world-famous beach offers an abundance of shopping, dining, and activities right at your doorstep. Luaus, dinner cruises, snorkel trips, parasailing (summer only), whale watching (winter only), surf lessons, and more are only a short walk away.

Great views and location

The proximity to Whalers Village and the beach boardwalk is fantastic. The room is nice and updated. The free laundry was convenient too!

Another lovely stay at The Whaler--the best place on Ka'anapali Beach, we think! We love The Whaler for its location next to Whaler's Village, countless dining options, oceanfront activities, and the best stretch of beach on the island. The Whaler 1015 is a lovely unit--updated and offering a beautiful view from high above the gorgeous courtyard. This unit had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We did not hear a single sound from the hall, neighboring units, or the nearby elevators once during our stay. It is peaceful and quiet! Proximity to the laundry room and the elevators were a PLUS for us, given how quiet it was. Would definitely recommend this unit to others and would absolutely stay here again.

Yes we would stay again!

This is a great location for our stay for Ka’anapali golf! Everything is in walking distance that we needed even though we went each day to explore the island. The ease of the beach, pool and restaurants make this ideal for families! Doug is an exceptional host, you will want to stay here!

Fantastic View and Location

The condo was as advertised. Absolutely beautiful views of the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other side. We saw a lot of whales right from the balcony. Right next door to shopping and restaurants! Thanks Doug for the awesome condo.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our stay in June at the condo! It was nicely decorated, had a great kitchen, comfortable bed, and an outstanding view. The grounds at The Whaler are beautiful, and the beach is fantastic. It was so peaceful sitting on the lanai, listening to the sounds of the fountains in the ponds and the waves crashing on the beach, as well as enjoying the view with the sailboats anchored off shore. The location is perfect as you have everything you need along the beach walk including shopping at Whalers Village and snorkeling at Black Rock! We definitely plan on staying here again.

All the great reviews were spot on

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. Everything was exactly as we had hoped for. The view is incredible and the location is perfect. Loved being on the 10th floor away from the people. All you need to bring here is sunscreen! The owner has it all set up so you can just come and relax. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful!

The accommodations were perfect! We had a beautiful 4 night stay and couldn't have been happier. The ocean walking path was our daily exercise! We saw whales pretty close to shore. The pool area is very well maintained, as are the grounds. All of the staff were extremely friendly! And the beach was the best we found on Maui. We highly recommend this property, it was everything we wanted and more!

Mother-daughter annual spring trip

Love the convenience of this property. The pool & ocean are steps were steps away from our condo. Lots of shade around the pool and free chairs to enjoy at the ocean. I loved being so close to all the restaurants in Whalers village T night and being able to enjoy breakfast & lunch on the scenic lanai of our condo! The grounds are beautiful and tranquil. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Can’t wait to go back again next year.

Of course, the location is amazing and convenient to Whalers Village. The overall property is extremely well run. We were afraid the pool would be too small to be comfortable but it was great! The individual unit was awesome. Updated, clean, lots of beach toys. Great view from balcony.

Perfect location, great condo, convenient location, and parking.

The condo was as described, everything was clean and it was well maintained. We had plenty of room. We used a couple of the chairs that were available. It was great each night to be able to sit and watch and listen to the ocean while on the balcony. I would rent here again!

Perfect location, beautiful view, gorgeous unit!

This unit was perfect for a couple's getaway to Maui. The view from the unit is gorgeous, location is right next to Whaler's Village and many shops/restaurants, and the beach and pool are both easily accessible. There is no washer/dryer in the unit but there is a free washer/dryer in the common area just outside the door which is easy to use and close. Tennis and pickleball courts were easy to reserve, the communal BBQ is right at the bottom of the elevator, and the staff was all friendly. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Excellent, beautiful, clean!

This property was perfect for my husband and I. Beautiful location, clean room, comfortable bed, great kitchen, great view, large closet for hanging clothes. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds and pool. Short walk to great restaurants and Whalers Village that has all you need for supplies. The pictures really do a good job of reflecting what you get. We loved the unit and hope to return sometime.

Perfect location!

The location was perfect! Next door to Whalers Village which we love! The condo itself was impeccable but my only gripe would be the mattress. It was rather stiff. I prefer a softer mattress but that’s just me! Everything else was perfect! The view was amazing and the staff at the resort was so friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay!
