The place is beautiful but we was 3 days with no air conditioning. Took over 24 hours for maintenance to get there and then it worked for a night then back out again. Maintenance was alerted again but never came out. Talked to an actual person saying we should have some of a refund due to all of this and never got an answer. Will not be booking here again!

Lovely cabin!

We so enjoyed our stay, the property owner was wonderful to work with and we would definitely stay here again! If you’re thinking of booking , do it! You won’t regret it!

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful cabin with amazing views! We all wanted to be close to activities but be in the mountains when not out exploring. The sunsets were breathtaking and the game room was a huge hit with our group as there were nightly games of pool. Would absolutely recommend!

New Home, Very Clean

Modern home, very well cleaned. Great place to split as each room and bathroom is basically so noone feels left out. Our guests really enjoyed the massage chair and the views.

We absolutely LOVED staying at this beautiful home! It was so hard to leave. It was our first time to visit Tennessee. Such a wonderful place to vacay. Truly appreciated the cleanliness and appointments in this lovely home. All the artwork was very impressive. Definitely gave the right feel for the lovely, wooded outdoors. The views were incredible from every room! Once you get out on any of the decks you just soak in all the beauty of Tennessee. Loved the hot tub and massage chair. Our family had such a memorable trip. This home made it perfect!

Absolutely Fabulous!

Luxuriously decorated, very stunning. The kitchen is very well equipped for preparing meals. Modern appliances including a separate room for washer and dryer. The streaming services were abundant and easy to use. The game room was excellent for family time and the massage chair is something you’ll just have to experience to understand how amazing it is! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family.

Beautiful home need new maintenance cleaners

Other than it not been very clean and the grill Bean very dirty where the bear got up on the deck it’s a beautiful home and having the electrical problems we had

It's a beautiful house with plenty of space and it's pet friendly. However it's only purpose is being an VRBO run by a company. On the plus side it means it's clean and emails with any concerns are responded to quickly.The downside is no one has ever lived here so small quality of life details are missing. There is also nothing in the kitchen like, spices, real coffee, etc (a couple pods and some of that nasty individual bag coffee they have in hotel rooms). Usually in most VRBOs we stay at there will always be basics left by the homeowners or other guests. The location is also a little far from the main strip and I estimate it would take us around 10min just to get up or down the mountain where the house is located. Probably 20 min to get to the main Pigeon Forge strip. They also had an old non-functioning hot tub on one of the balconies which is an eye sore. It's apparently been like than for a long time according to the host I was communicating with. It's not in any of the pictures. The pictures also don't show you have another house right next to this one with a combined driveway. Overall we enjoyed our stay and if you are looking for an impressive looking house then it will not disappoint. However we cannot go 5 stars due to the lack of details and many of the small things that make VRBOs feel like a home.

This cabin was fantastic. It’s very spacious has a great view. It was very clean and each level has its own entertainment.There were three bedrooms with king size beds, Each bedroom also had its own bathroom. We enjoyed playing pool and just hanging out enjoying the view. It is a little bit of a drive, but it was well worth it, We would highly recommend it to anybody considering staying there. We would love to return someday.

Our stay at the Majestic was spectacular. The cabin was exactly as described, extremely clean, and our host was very responsive. The cabin was about 10-15 minutes away from the business of town, which definitely added to the peacefulness. Sunset views were amazing. I highly recommend!
