Located just 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, you’ll enjoy quick access to attractions without steep mountain roads or difficult driving. Ideal for multi-family trips, kids, and relaxing getaways.

Welcome to the HAPPY PLACE CABIN located in the heart of beautiful Wears Valley. Gorgeous 3BR/2.5 Bath open concept cabin was completed in Spring '22

★ No steps to 1st Master BR with an en suite bathroom - 36” wide doors and a low King bed.
★ Master Bath features open shower with 4 grab-rails, vanity extra wide water closet with 2 grab-rails
★ Enter the cabin from the driveway connected to the back porch – NO Stairs!

Your family will gravitate to the covered back porch that backs up to a National Forrest. Soak away the day’s activities in the 4-person hot tub and grill up your favorite steaks on the park-style BBQ. Have your morning coffee on the amazing full width covered front porch while you take in the mountain views.

Spend a day exploring the many antique and novelty shops in Wears Valley and nearby Townsend. Watch artisans do log carvings or boil peanuts.

When you are ready for a day of fun put on your walking shoes and head to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. It’s just 10 miles to the Island & Pigeon Forge, 13 miles to Dollywood, and 15 miles to Anakeesta & downtown Gatlinburg.

NOTE: Paved driveway (typical Smoky Mountain incline) – no 4WD needed in normal conditions

NOTE: Ring floodlight & cameras on front porch and each side of cabin - providing light and security. No cameras on back porch where hot tub is located.

Everything was as described. Scott & Barbara we’re very responsive when the key code didn’t work upon arrival. He called us and let us in right away and fixed it within minutes. We enjoyed peaceful mornings drinking coffee on the porch and enjoying the views.

This mountain cabin stay was exceptional,offering a cozy and well-equipped interior and fantastic amenities like a hot tub and game room.Then cabin was very clean and comfortable. We particularly appreciate the well - stocked kitchen. The best part of the stay was we had mommy bear and baby right out the back door.. Scott and Barb were great host they checked on us to make sure we didnt need anything .. would definitely stay here again..

We had a wonderful stay at the Happy Cabin. The home was spotless, well-stocked, and filled with cozy touches that made it feel extra welcoming. They even had it decorated for Christmas, which made our stay feel extra special. There were plenty of sheets and blankets, and the kids absolutely loved all the games. The location was perfect—easy to access from the parkway and only about a 10-minute drive.Great communication and an overall fantastic experience. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Fantastic cabin! Plan on booking this cabin for every stay in the pigeon forge sevierville area.

Cabin was spotless with multiple amenities and games provided with a hot tub on the back porch. Immaculate condition. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful Property with great location and amenities

We had a fantastic stay at Happy Place Cabin! The hosts were great about communicating helpful information for our stay, and provided a beautiful home full of amenities with added little touches to make this a memorable vacation. The location is close to both major attractions and the scenic Smokey Mountains. We loved every minute of our stay here and would highly recommend this location to others!

Beautiful Cabin!

The cabin was very clean and very beautiful! The hosts kept in contact in case we needed anything or had any questions and the check in and check out process were very simple and easy. The kids loved it and we loved having a wheelchair accessible room/bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Wears Valley Cabin

This cabin was perfect for my family. It was clean and very well stocked. Everyone loved it and took advantage of the hot tub and amenities. We would definitely like to visit again. Hiking, Cades Cove, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg are just a short drive away. Douglas Lake is not very far for some wet fun.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! Everything was well stocked and clean. The beds were comfy and the showers had great water pressure. Hot tub stayed hot and was a big hit. We made s’mores and hotdogs on the grill in the back. The foosball table was also a big hit. Our toddler enjoyed the coloring books and crayons.

Very accommodating to all ages

We really enjoyed the cabin and the owners. They were very informative concerning surrounding attractions and anything related to the cabin. Also the house was very cozy, peaceful and clean. The kids really enjoyed upstairs with the shuffle board, Foosball table and board games. The location is close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Each time we left the cabin to either go to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg the gps took us thru amazing scenic routes which you would see if you stayed in either town. I highly recommend this cabin to anyone.

Happy Place , Happy Family!

We just checked out today. This was such a wonderful cabin to stay at. Close to everything you could possibly want to do! They have truly thought of everything! The cabin is so welcoming, decorated to make you feel at home, let’s talk about comfort… The couches, the beds, chairs etc. They did not cheap out on anything; super comfy. The place is stocked to exceed Expectations, additionally… They thought to include things to do for all ages, you’ll just have to book the place to see what I mean. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful Happy Place for people to stay at and enjoy The Ford Family…

Gorgeous peaceful retreat

This is a beautiful spacious home in a wonderful location. The place was immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts Scott and Barb were very responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location is a short and scenic trip from the Knoxville airport (less than one hour) . We were able to easily access Smoky mountain national park (recommended getting there early for hiking!) We were also able to experience the hustle and bustle of Pigeon forge for some fun activities. We enjoyed the hot tub on the porch with a lovely view of the mountains! It was the perfect get away for couples and there is plenty of room so would be great for families too!! We would highly this property and would love to return with our boys some day!

Your family will LOVE this cabin!!!

We’ve stayed in numerous cabins in the area over the years and Happy Place Cabin is by far one of the best we’ve stayed at! Beautiful new cabin in a nice, quite neighborhood in the middle of Wears Valley! Loved that the game area loft is open to the living space so even when our family was spread out, we still felt like we were all together! Plenty of games and puzzles for rainy days or family fun night! Saw several deer and turkey while relaxing on the back deck. The owners did a wonderful job with both the inside and outside of the cabin…the furnishings were new & upscale, beds were comfortable, and the small, thoughtful touches & amenities throughout the cabin made our family feel so welcome! The cabin next door was still under construction but the builders were super nice and very considerate the couple of days they worked during our stay. Would be nice if the turn around space was a little wider since the driveway was so steep but it was manageable. It was perfect cabin for our family! We loved our stay and would definitely recommend Happy Place Cabin! We will definitely be back!

Family and Friends Spring Break

This was the perfect cabin for our family and friends. The cabin is very clean and in a a great area. The cabin had every amenity that you could think of…including great games and Roku. This definitely came in handy when we couldn’t leave at times, due to the main road being blocked off because of the wildfire. The hosts are amazing! Scott and Barb checked in with us throughout our stay. We had to evacuate for a day during our stay due to a wildfire in the area. Scott and Barb made sure we knew all our options. Even made sure we connected with Vrbo, so that we could find other living arrangements for that night! They were simply amazing and we are so appreciative! We will be staying here again!

Amazing! Book Now!

This cabin is just amazing. Close to everything, yet private. Great views, plenty of space - everything you need for a perfect vacation getaway! Our family LOVED it, yours will too! We arrived to a spotless cabin that smelled wonderful, with great decor. It's everything you would expect from a brand new cabin! The arrival and check in process was very smooth - the owner has really made all the right choices to make it super easy on guests. All the amenities were top notch - the furniture, the bedding, everything. Not like a hotel, this felt like home. Can't recommend enough. If you need three bedrooms, a hot tub, top notch comforts, big TVs and amazing views, then this is the place. If you're even reading this review, then stop and book now! :)

Welcome to the Smoky Mountains! We're Scott and Barb and we are so excited you are taking a look at Happy Place Cabin. We both love the Smoky Mountains and all that this area offers - there is just so much to do here. We enjoy the outdoors, hanging out with our 2 sons, and riding our bikes.

We love the Wears Valley area - the vibe is casual and relaxed. It's an easy drive to Pigeon Forge when you want to indulge in the many rides and attractions. Dollywood, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and Gatlinburg are all terrific day trips too. Then come back to Happy Place Cabin to relax in the hot tub and hang out with family and friends.

1st floor open concept design with no steps into the cabin through the rear entry right off the driveway. 1st floor Master bedroom has lowered king bed, en suite master bathroom has walk-in shower with low curb and 4 grab grab rails, extra-wide water closet with 2 grab rails, low open shelving.
