This elegant townhome features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and the one bedroom is also set up as a game room with futons, a mini fridge, its own private full bathroom and a ping pong table. Enjoy plenty of natural light, a private wraparound balcony right outside the kitchen, and an excellent walking score. Discover local restaurants, boutiques, vintage stores, wineries, and coffee shops all within walking distance. Private driveway accommodates two small cars or one Texas-sized truck.

Our passion for the outdoors led us to acquire this exceptional home nestled in the highly walkable Hyde Park / River Oaks District of Houston.
