Welcome to our new home located in Lavaca, where we are located within walking distance to Southtown, King William, San Antonio Riverwalk, Hemisfair Park, and SO much more!

Initially it was location and pricing. Once we arrived even more satisfied; place was clean, spacious and updated. This was a girls weekend of 6 and we had enough space and beds. Kimberly was so accommodating even before we arrived and was very responsive our entire time here. She provided detailed recommendations for places to eat and was accommodating for early arrival and a bit later checkout. Would highly recommend this place!

Perfect Stay at a Thoughtful Townhouse!

We recently stayed at this wonderful three-floor townhouse during our visit to San Antonio for a military retirement celebration, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the owner put a lot of thought into making this place feel like home. Each room was equipped with all the necessities, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find snacks waiting for us in the kitchen — such a nice touch!The location of the townhouse is absolutely perfect, just a short distance from all the main attractions in San Antonio. This made it easy for us to explore the city while also spending quality time with family.With seven of us staying there, the townhouse was spacious enough that we never felt crowded. The layout provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this townhouse to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in San Antonio. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Excellent townhome and location

We were in town for the NCAA Final 4 and picked a perfect spot. The location enabled us to park for the week and walk everywhere, or Uber. The place was clean and very nicely done. The owner was very responsive to email/calls and made sure the stay was excellent. Her recommendations for restaurants in the area was perfect. Again no driving needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Townhome w/ Great Location!

This property was amazing! The house has very spacious living, dining and kitchen areas that meets all your needs. The rooftop patio is great, and my family enjoyed relaxing there. The location is incredible! Close to all of the major activities that San Antonio has to offer: Downtown Attractions, Riverwalk, Zoo, Restaurants, etc. Highly recommend this property! It was great for my family of 6, including two children. Would definitely book again.

Perfect place!

What an amazing place to stay! Me and my family went to San Antonio for a birthday celebration for my twin daughters. This place was very clean and plenty of space for our family. Very close to river walk and so many things to do! I would highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to come back. The host was very attentive to our every need!

We enjoyed our time here, everything was clean, it was a great location. We were able to walk home from the Alamodome after a concert. Pictures were just like the house. I would like to return when its not so hot to use the top floor patio!

Super happy with our stay!

We booked this house to stay at while our daughters were dancing in a competition downtown- it was so close to everything but still away from the crowds of downtown! Pro tip: Uber whenever possible. Parking garages downtown are pricey and super congested! The house was immaculately clean and comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. They even left a sweet good luck gift for our girls which made their day! We will definitely look to book this spot if we are in town again. Thank you!
