Bienvenidos a San Antonio!

We welcome you to experience SA like you’ve never experienced it before. This exclusive home is in Southtown, an area a few blocks south of SA’s most visited tourist attractions and nationally recognized for its emerging food & bar scene. Whether you’re in search of beer, wine, cocktails, upscale dining, or a casual encounter Southtown is the place.

The interior was thoughtfully, intentionally and professionally designed to provide you w/ a 1st class experience.

This home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths (both full baths are upstairs with a 1/2 bath downstairs) with an open concept floor plan, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, farmhouse table (accommodates 8) and sectional with distressed leather sets the stage for you and your family/friends to create a truly memorable and unforgettable experience.

Additional conveniences include high speed wireless internet, 65” HDTV (living room) and full size washer/dryer.

This home comfortably accommodates 6 adults (assumes 2 adults in each permanent bed for each room). King size bed in the master, along with a trundle bed with 2 twins for kids (twin beds are assumed only used with over 6 guests) and queen size bed in the two additional bedrooms. There is a queen air mattress that can also sleep 2 (this would be in living room and these are provided by request only and with a booking over 6 people where additional guest fees will apply).

Note: The additional guest fees are used to cover additional time the cleaning crew will spend at house to do additional laundry from sheets and towels.

Absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend to friends gathering or families looking to make memories! The home is clean, very convenient and has the most incredible host. I let him know in advance we had a little one and needed a pack and play, it was set up ready to go along with snacks for my toddlers. Very responsive, and so much surprise and delight thought our stay. The alamo is 10 minutes away, Alamo dome is basically across the hwy, sea world 20 minutes and so many great games in the game room. We cannot wait to book again and can't thank Nate enough for making our visit feel like a second home!

Beautiful, spacious, great location. Fun for our kids. They loved the game room. Great area, close to a park and walking distance to Hemisfair. We really enjoyed our stay, very clean and comfortable. Bought a couole hot pads for the oven since there were none. Other than that the basics are there.

Home Away From Home

The home was very welcoming, clean and centrally located. We came into town for an Air Force graduation and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Not only were we able to get around the city to enjoy all the things that San Antonio had to offer, but we had the opportunity to relax in a cozy home with our Airman. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

Great house, close to downtown

Very nice, well kept property close to downtown and the Alamodome. Fireplace was cozy, game room in garage. Nothing bad about the place. Was there by myself on business and it suited my needs perfectly. Would stay here again.

The overall house was nice. Nice furniture and nice remodel. However there was so much broken or “out of order” I’m surprised most were not addressed before rented again. Most are easy fixes, or should have been stated. This was not a cheep weekend expense to see our son in the military for the weekend. Below are the concerns that need to be addressed prior to any future bookings. Garbage disposal doesn’t work which created gants Both toilet seats upstairs were scary looseOutside chairs are brokenCracked wine glassesMaster shower head, awful barely workedNot enough towelsSoap bottles are nastyNone of the games worked in the game roomNot in walking distance at allNo ceiling fans in bedrooms but had switches for it. This was such a quick trip that we took in the time we had with the family. Non of these issues were addressed with the owner, but again should have been easy quick fixes prior to allowing bookings.

Christmas in San Antonio

My wife and I visited our oldest daughter who lives in the Lavaca neighborhood and were joined by our younger daughter and granddaughter. The house was convenient to downtown, Hemisphere Park and the Alamo Dome. It was a good location for touring and was very comfortable.

Beautiful and comfortable home

We were all very happy with this rental. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is close, minutes by car or Uber to the riverfront area where there is shopping and many great restaurants as well as many other points of interest. We had a great time in San Antonio and highly recommend the property.

Great Stay

From the owner to the location to the proximity of everything SA this is a great spot to stay. We had more than enough room with our family to enjoy the house while moving around the SA area. The Alamodome is an easy 10 minute walk along with the Tower of the America's. The house had everything you needed and more. Bedding was fantastic and showers were great. Look forward to staying again next year.

Home away from home

Nathan’s place is amazing! I never felt so comfortable in a place away from my home. All the reviews lived up to the home. The place felt like you were staying in a high end hotel. Nathan was so receptive! I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore San Antonio.

Hello my name is Nathan and my partner Kelton would love to offer our San Antonio House to you, for your next vacation. I (Nathan) have lived in Texas area for most of my life and Kelton is originally from North Idaho. We both live a very active lifestyle and are involved in a variety of outdoor activities. We both love to hike boat and play tennis. We hope to call ourselves experience golfers in the near future, however at this point we are still working on keeping the ball inside the boudaries. I am involved as an accountant here in the area, and Kelton is a Real Estate Agent. We hope our home is in the options for your next vacation because we know you will love it! Nate & Kelton

The house is located in a perfect location for someone who wants to experience the San Antonio lifestyle. We are close to the freeway, allowing easy access to and from the city. We are within eyes distance of the Alamodome and Towers of America and walking distance to multiple restaurant.

If you decide to drive your vehicle, we have a small driveway behind the house. We have found that the cheapest and easiest way to get around the San Antonio area would be Uber or Lyft.
