We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was close to Ellijay and we enjoyed exploring the area and spending time downtown. The cottage was also cozy and a great place to stay for couples looking for a getaway.

Well worth the value

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of weeks and really enjoyed it and the quiet location. The bed was super comfy !

Host was great. Very friendly and responsive. The cottage was very cold. The mini split in the bedroom and wall heater in the living room didn't heat the space sufficiently. We ended up having to buy a heater and the temp it showed for the cottage was 60 average but did initially show 51 when we turned it on. There was also a very bad smell coming from the bathroom though we couldn't determine from where. We had to keep the bathroom door closed (which made it extremely cold in there) otherwise it smelled the whole place up. Also we would suggest putting a sofa instead of the 2 chairs in the living room as most couples would prefer sitting together while watching TV. And adding curtains for the outer glass doors would be great for privacy since the bedroom is right there and it doesn't have a door. It was a good alternative to camping out in below freezing weather, especially since we were traveling with pets, but unfortunately we wouldn't stay here again.

Mountain Getaway

This studio/cottage was exactly what it appeared to be and perfectly for us! Cute, a little quirky, and close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The host was super easy to work with and very attentive!

A Quaint Little Cabin

Cozy is the one word that best describes the property. The space was well organized and comfortable. The bed slept well, and the simulated fireplace/heater was a treat. I was in town for a trail race and the location was very convenient to the race venue as well as being close to the downtown area. I would definitely stay here again.
