This beautiful guest house offers a marvelous escape for our guests. The bedroom features a soothing queen bed and a full bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all. Our lovely guest house offers a wonderful retreat for our valued guests. The bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed and a full bed, promising a restful night's sleep for everyone.

NOTE: Guest with little children.

While families with children are welcome, we respectfully request that guests with infants consider our guest house's cleanliness standards before booking. Maintaining a spotless environment is key to providing an exceptional experience for all our guests.
The spacious, elegantly designed bathroom features a modern rainfall shower for a luxurious experience. The living room offers a cozy L-shaped sofa for ultimate relaxation. Our guest house provides a serene and comfortable retreat away from home.
The guest house is exclusively for your private use, featuring a private entrance and full access to all amenities for your comfort and convenience.

    Every was amazing ….. came from TN for spring break. Did some attractions especially the indoor go karting, only about 15 mins away.

    Luxury escape in Buford

    Fantastic basement apartment with patio. Super clean and close to Old Federal campground. Host was super responsive. Very nice facility.

    Great place for us

    We came into town to attend a wedding. This location was only 10 minutes from the wedding venue. We stayed two nights. The rental was clean, neat and in a very nice neighborhood.

    The finished basement was roomy and clean. Bath towels were nice and beds were comfortable. We did hear a good bit of footsteps/stomping from above during our stay, but can't really complain about that because it's to be expected being in a basement. AC worked great. My only suggestion would be to put a shelf or some sort of rolling cart in the restroom so there's a place to put belongings such as toiletry bags. And maybe another hook to put bath towels on. Thanks for a nice stay.

    Great, spacious basement apartment

    This was a large, nicely done basement apartment that was just a couple minor things away from being perfect. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the kitchen was decently stocked for a quick stay, but probably not for a lot of cooking. It was more than big enough for our family of four and we didn't hear any sounds from folks above or from the nearby interstate. The neighborhood looked nice.Now for a couple of suggestions to make it even nicer:- A stone or concrete path around the side of the house. As it is, you have to walk through the grass around to the back of the house. This wouldn't normally be that big a deal, but the heavy morning dew completely soaked all our shoes before we even got in the car.- Some towel hooks or racks in the bathroom. There were none during our stay.- The pedestal sink in the bathroom doesn't provide anywhere to put toiletries, etc. A nearby shelf or two would be nice.That's it. Everything else was great!
