Here, vacationing comes effortlessly with close proximity to the surf and sand as well as access to all of the resort's many shared amenities. When you aren't playing on the sand, enjoy swimming in one of the 12 pools, playing basketball or tennis on the courts, watching the kids play on the playground, or unwinding in the hot tubs. This property also boasts a fitness center, lazy river, and a fun-filled game room. Additionally, local hotspots like Myrtle Beach State Park, the Pier at Garden City, Skywheel Myrtle Beach, Arrowhead Country Club, and Broadway at the Beach are all less than 11 miles from your door.

The welcoming interior of your sixth-floor condo features an inviting, open layout. Utilize the well-equipped kitchen's full suite of appliances and then dine at the adjacent table - perfect for laptops or family game nights. When all you want to do is relax, sink into the sofa in the living area and watch TV or sit out on your furnished balcony while you take in the view and soak up the sunshine.

Additional amenities include shared laundry facilities to help you keep your laundry under control and central air-conditioning to keep everyone comfortable on warm summer days. This complex also has a private beach!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location was excellent with easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked, and the view was good. The tv in the master suite didn't work, and there was no shower curtain in the master bath making the tub/shower combo effectively useless. The lock for the master suite to the hall was a simple clasp type lock-recommend a deadbolt like the unit across the hall had for decent security.

Blood on the sheets. That’s the one that should give me my money back. Bathroom sink was clogged, water was coming up from the floor then we realized the faucet was the cause of it. I wish I spent my money on something else, because the owner of the unit doesn’t care.

It was okay

Wish we would of know about the parking fee while making the reservation. The parking is a walk away from the place. Also all the pools, playground are a good walk away. The place is nice. The shower water got cold after 2mins but sink water stayed hot. I personally didnt like the roughness of the pillow cover, bed sheet and shower curtain. Wish we would of know about the construction going on as well. The pools were nice especially the kid pool area. We enjoyed our stay and was prettty peaceful. The view was beautiful. Nice they provided towels, dish cleaning soap and toilet paper.

Our stay

First night had to take cold showers, no hot water. Bathrooms were dirty. Maintenance comes to fix it then Hot water heater busted water everywhere. Had to relocate the second day in the middle of the night just aggravating.

Great Location-Subpar cleaning

We loved the location in relation to the beach. Construction obstructed quite a few amenities, which I wish would have been disclosed in the listing so I could plan that in advance (the store, arcade, indoor pool, safer access to the beach, etc). The cleanliness was not the best. The toilet had been used and not flushed before we arrived, so they were obviously not cleaned (we had to unclog the toilet right when we got there). The tub had hairs at the bottom (like someone had shaved their legs). So that all just gave me the ick. The walls were dirty, which is such an easy thing to clean, and the countertops while not visibly dirty, if you put your hand on it, you can feel the crusty stuff. So again- the owner has a cleaning company they rely on, and the lack of cleanliness is no fault of the owner but I felt like they should know about the condition their property is being left in for a company they're paying to clean. I loved that there were beach chairs to use, and some other sand toys on the balcony- it was incredibly nice, as I never thought to bring our own beach chairs. Even with having to walk around the construction to get to the beach, it was a short, easy walk to the boardwalk. The bar/restaurant is right on the beach and was incredibly convenient. The lifeguard on the beach is a huge plus for parents.

Stear Clear

This is the very 1st negative rating I have left in my entire life. I am 50. To start the property manager had zero communication and would not respond to messages until I told them about the broken shower. Which, they did know it was broken and I would love to know how it is ever cleaned. They told me they were sending maintenance over and the last thing I am doing is taking a time out vacation and spending it with a bunch of work being done around me. I have a hard job and need to take a time out here and there. The twin mattresses were covered with what felt like a waterproof case we used to put over crib mattesse and 1 single thin sheet to cover that with. It was like sleeping on a piece of plastic. Sweaty plastic. There was not an addional sheet or blanket anywere in the place to help with it. Nothing. So I had to sleep on top of the comforter. This is a family/child friendly property and this particular family friendly unit has several paint cans and hardware store items under the kitchin sink. Just all over the place. The entire place was bad. There was a shelf with some board games and books on it. That was really nice. And the sample shampoo and conditioner was Dove which was nice too. But that was it. I am writing this to help save someones planned vacation. I was fortunately just there for a weekend with a couple of friends I grew up with. If it were when my kids were younger and I saved my money for something like this, it would have been horrible. No amenities
