The room is pretty clean in comparison to most I have stayed at. I at least didn't feel the need to completely clean everything. It had your usual main areas cleaned. Be aware that you cannot control the temperature in the room without contacting them. It is locked down. The description and pictures are out of date. The second bedroom had bunk beds. I picked this room because it was supposed to have two twin beds. There is a sign that you can't use the top bunk if over 150 lbs. I wouldn't try it if you are because it is wobbly. The TV is on the wall. If you are in the top bunk you can see the very top portion. If you are in the bottom bunk you can see the bottom. portion of the tv. If you have young children be aware of the kitchen table being high. Once you get your instructions when you get there you are not allowed to eat outside of the kitchen/dinning room area or you will get an extra cleaning fee.

Everything was pretty simple but I will say finding the unit was kinda difficult. Once you are on the property you have building A and building B and both are the same one way direction. This unit is on the backside so you have to pull through and around the B building to actually see the number but it is accessible from the other side. Once we got a since of everything it was simple to navigate. Also the units AC will only go down to 70 degrees. When we got there it was at 75 and wasn’t comfortable. Once we asked for the AC to be lowered it was bearable but we went and bought another “bigger” fan to put in the room to cool it down. Other than that it was a great experience and place to stay. I’d recommend it for sure!

Aside from everything else being great. I think the owner should let guest know he will have complete control of the thermostat. It will be locked so you can’t put it to your own comfortable temperature. While the owner did finally accommodate my request, i had had to basically plead my case for them to turn it down. I would have given it five stars if not for that situation.
