At the Beautiful Majestic Beach Towers TOWER 1!

This large condo comfortably sleeps 10 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

* 2 Master suites – Each with a king size bed and on-suite bathroom.

The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub.

The 2nd Bedroom has a queen size bed and flat screen TV.

The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and a large flat screen tv.

The 4th bedroom has a twin size bunkbed and a flat screen tv.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.

This Unit is on the 4th floor (not too high like many units but still with a great view of the ocean), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook.

Majestic Beach Resort offers the most amenities of any resort on Panama City Beach:

When you stay at the Majestic, you can truly STAY at the Majestic, there is no need to leave the resort.
Or you can easily walk to some of the best beachfront restaurants and bars and the many specialty shops and restaurants at Edgewater Mall.

This unit is professionally and locally managed. Many condos are managed by out of the state owners that cannot respond to immediate needs.
Every turnover provides new sheets, linens and towels. So you know you will be staying in the cleanest best kept unit!
You will be hard pressed to find a newly remodeled 4 bedroom unit with all of these resort amenities anywhere else on Panama City Beach, and this unit is going to book up quickly!

***Starting Jan 1st 2024: For Parking, guests will need to register via a link we will send you. There is a registration fee of $40 (plus a transaction fee) per vehicle. If you cancel the transaction fee is non refundable. During peak season (MAY-JUL) only 2 parking passes are permitted per condo***

Overall we were satisfied with the property. It would be nice if the main bedroom had a dresser or something to put your suitcase on and some hangers in the closet. It was our first family vacation in 13 yrs. We had a great time! We celebrated an engagement and a 5 yr cancer free. We would book this property again!

Great place to stay!

This is my second time staying at an EDCI managed condo at the Majestic Towers. Location was great and accommodations were perfect for our family. My parents, 2 young kids, new born, and 21 year old nephew all had a good time and were comfortable in the large unit.

This place was amazing, the rooms were very clean and spacious for our family of 9. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The pools were very clean, and the staff were friendly. Management was great at responding quickly to any questions that I had. We will definitely be staying here again.

The condo has a nice layout but definitely needs to be updated and fixed up. The couches need to be deep cleaned or replaced, they are pretty gross. The master bedroom needs the closet cleaned out so people can use it or they need an armoire or a hanging rack or something because living out of a suitcase for a week is not fun. The toilet in the bathroom not in a room didn’t flush and fill properly. The view is nice, location is nice for the price, but the condo itself needs a little TLC.

Our unit could’ve been cleaner and the furniture was dated and not in the best shape. Majestic Towers are in a good location and there was plenty to do. It was quite enjoyable waking up with a beach view while drinking my coffee.

Great location and views

Property was as listed. Great location and views from the balcony were awesome. The dolphins greeted us each morning. Host was quick to respond to everything.

The room was exactly as pictured and clean. We had a grrat stay and the view was beautiful. The only complaint I have was that there was some confusion regarding the parking registration as we did not receive the email beforehand to get that done prior to our arrival.

We love the resort. Will not rent this room again, due to lack of communication from owner and overall look of the room. Needs lots of updating, some fans were not working, clogged shower drain (which did get fixed after contacting maintenance) and needs lots of touch ups. Bed was uncomfortable. We packed as we were going to be able to use the washer and dryer and after we arrived and tried using the washer which did not work, we contacted the host to find out that it was broken and a part was ordered. Was not able to try and fix it until the day we were leaving, which was unfortunately still not fixed. Nothing was accommodated for us besides a 100 refund. Very disappointing and very inconvenient.

Everything about the room and location was fine, but the Tile floors need a good cleaning. If you walk barefoot, the bottom of your feet will be black.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had no tv remote in the Livingroom that worked. The condo was very roomy but not anything special. The kitchen cabinets were peeling, not in the best shape for the price. We didn't have spatula and other things in the kitchen most condos have had in the past. The balcony was nice for the most part. A bit surprised what shape furnture was in,would not go back to this particular condo.The parking was tight, hard to find and a long way to the room so something to consider.
