1st - upon arrival on day 1 in our condo , the air conditioning was not working. The Host said they would send someone out but didn’t . We had to get people that works at Majestic crew and security to help fix it . 2nd - abt two hours in our condo, the master toilet flooded the entire condo , our luggage they was still on the floor unpacked , our bed sheets , and the condo below us, etc!! I contacted the Host again and told them the issues and demanded a new room or a refund and after being on the phone with VRBO and the host for hours , the Host told me to “ just evacuate the room “ with attitude and then hung up on me !! 3rd- the pics and info of this room is terribly misleading. I’ve stayed at the Majestic off and on for 22 years but never through this management company called ECDI !! The entire condo was nasty , unclean from previous tenants , water damage throughout , broke and rusty doors on cabinets and furniture , I keep going on and on . Long story short , my family and I vacated the building and moved into another condo down the street ! We haven’t received a refund yet but VRBO is investigating this claim I filed ! Hopefully this helps the next person !!!
