Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

Restrictions/Rules: No smoking. No Pets.

Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.

Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.

Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

Great Central Location

The complex is very quiet and peaceful and makes a great escape from all the hubbub. The condo has everything you need to be self contained and is perfect for a family of 4.

A great location

It would have been helpful if a rep. from the rental company had been available on weekends, when we arrived.

Close to Duval Street but far enough away that we were able to get away from the hustle of the night life if we wanted to.

It's five minutes or less by bike or 15 on foot from Fort Taylor, Mallory Square and the schooner wharf, but far enough from the bars and traffic and congestion of Duval Street to be surprisingly quiet. The roosters are crowing day and night, but that's Key West.

Spring Break in Key West

Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location for a family vacation in Key West - close to all the main sights and sounds. hardly used the car while we were there, everything was within walking distance. Property was good, a little attention to some maintenance issues would have gotten a much better score. That said, all in all it was well worth it.

Needs some work

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is not horrible but does need work. Carpet needs cleaning, closet door was broken off rail and many tiles in the bathroom were broken. Master bedroom could use a curtain in the window. Due to a large mercury vapor streetlight right outside, it was daylight 24-7. We had to hang our own towels over it to sleep. Deck has no awning or even an umbrella like other units so it was too hot to enjoy. One outlet cover was missing from the electrical outlet in the children's room.

It was very difficult to maneuver with luggage. The bed pillows were awful; bath towels were scratchy; the coffee pot made too much noise. We had a great time in Key West, since we are frequent visitors, and are familiar with the island. We would not choose this particular condo again.

Easy to get to very walkable. The property manager was awesome. They text me everything that I needed so it was readily available on my phone. I would recommend this property to any of my friends and I already have... We loved walking to the restaurants and shopping. Also, the pool on the property was very convenient and nice to get into after a full day of walking around the town.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and we were able to park and ride bikes all week everywhere. It was gated so you felt safe. We never did use the pool so can't tell you about that. The condo had several large stains on the carpets and the couch was dirty and smelly and we put a sheet over it to sit on. The balcony overlooked a not so desirable street.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was not very clean. The bathroom rugs were filthy. We had to wash them. I had to clean the guest bathroom - the tub and baseboards were dirty. The lights on the stairway were really dirty. We also did not like the fact that we had to return the keys to the office. We have always just left them in the unit.
