Tuthill House Moravia New York

Small efficiency apartment on the 2nd floor of a lovely, historic, red brick house. The apartment was perfectly clean with everything provided to make for a comfortable, short-term stay. Laurie is a sweet lady that is attentive to anything that may come up during the stay. We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the Moravia area!

The host, Laurie, is very accommodating and friendly. The apartment is spotless and even had fresh flowers; it’s in the back of a beautiful home on the main drive in Moravia. Walking distance to shops, and a short drive to Fillmore GlenState Park…

A Perfect Stay! Highly recommend!!

My stay was wonderful. I will only stay here when I visit the area. It’s my favorite Home Away from Home. Truly! It’s quaint, quiet & cozy. That’s what I enjoy the most. Quiet and lovely

Quaint, clean and comfortable with little touches here and there to make it a very comfortable experience. Beautiful home with hilarious squirrels out the window that you can watch for hours running all around.

Peaceful & Relaxing ~

I have found my comfy & cozy “Home away from Home”. The accommodations were everything and more than I could have asked for. Laurie greeted me upon my arrival & she is so lovely. The apartment and the grounds were perfect. I cannot say enough. Infact, I really dreaded leaving. So, I won’t be gone for too long, as I’m planning another visit within the next 4-6 weeks. Just in time for Fall. Thank you for having me and I look forward to seeing you soon. 🙏

A treasure

The Tuthill House house is a treasure! The apartment and gardens are magical and the hosts so gracious! They were very thoughtful, quick to respond, and accommodating to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others! It's a gem in central NY.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tuthill House. Check in was super easy and the host was really easy to communicate with. The place was as described in the the post and the grounds are beautiful. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the finger lakes!

This property is just as listed and incredible! Highly recommend Laurie’s place to anyone staying in this area. While I did not have the chance to meet the host during my stay, they were super communicative, helpful and available. Checked in to make sure I was all set and enjoying the stay. 10/10 for my visit and would definitely stay again if in the area!

Above & Beyond

The Tuthill House is the first place I look to stay when returning home to central New York. This cozy space is neat as a pin. The hosts go above & beyond to make sure everything needed to enjoy a comfortable visit is available. Accommodations are accurately described. Communication is excellent. Privacy is respected. Family Wedding and Vacation

Perfect rental for a couple or small family (we had 2 adults and 1 teen). The apartment was very clean and very well stocked. There were fresh flowers in the rental for our arrival.The hosts were responsive but also very respectful of our privacy. The bed was comfortable and I loved the large shower. The main home and grounds at the rental are picturesque. We enjoyed the very short walk to get slices of pizza at Giuseppe's Pizzeria. There is also a gas station/mart and a small grocery store within very close walking distance. We were in town for a wedding in nearby Auburn and the drive to and from Auburn along the lake was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

Upstate Charm

What a gorgeous charming little apt. This cute little place is perfect for a couple looking to stay somewhere in town but yet centrally located to many local attractions. The property managers are very nice and willing to go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Communication was excellent throughout, and if we come back for another visit, this will be our first check to see if it’s available. I would give it 6 stars if I could
