An ideal retreat for up to four esteemed guests, this suite is located on the ground floor and offers a cozy living room, adorned with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a 55” Roku TV where you can enjoy moments of relaxation and shared memories.

Discover tranquility in the bedroom, where a king-size bed and antique furnishings await, each whispering tales of bygone eras. The bathroom, boasting a walk-in shower and generous closet space, offers comfort and convenience.

With stainless steel appliances adorning the kitchen and a shared front porch inviting moments of connection, this LBJ Suite promises a blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Step into this cherished haven, where every corner holds the promise of cherished moments and genuine hospitality.

Things To Know:
-These charming suites are part of a shared building, each offering its own unique ambiance and amenities. Additionally, for those seeking a collective experience, all six units can be booked together, providing a perfect setting for family reunions, group getaways, or intimate celebrations amidst the historic charm of the McKenzie Guest House.
-The main building, standing tall as the original two-story hotel, once provided respite to stagecoach travelers and offered lodging and meals for the modest sum of 25 cents!
-1 dog is welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific SunnyDays approval.
-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee of $155.00 (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.
- Internal and external steps are required for access
- There are other bookable vacation rentals on-site that share the deck, picnic area, and grill with this unit; other travelers may be present during your stay

Nice place

Neat place with an antique feel. Good location near old downtown with nearby stores and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable. Walls and ceiling a bit thin as could hear people above and next door. Saturday night bar across street had a very loud band. Mini split A/C in bedroom would not work right despite having someone look at it. Overall decent but not likely to stay there again.

Great customer service

When we arrived the unit we were supposed to stay in seemed like it wasn't quite cleaned thoroughly or just needed a new set of sheets at least. I messaged the property manager and they got back to us immediately and offered to come clean right away or move us to a different suite in the same house. We ended up moving to a different suite which was very clean and worked perfect for our stay. We so appreciated the quick reply and willingness to make the cleaning mishap right! We're all human and mistakes happen so no hard feelings from us! Check in and out was easy and we had everything we needed for our stay in Marble Falls! It's a cute property walking distance to downtown where there are many cute boutiques and restaurants!

Overall it was a good experience. 1) The front door needs adjusting, very difficult to lock. 2) Friday night the bar across the street was very loud up int the very late hours, also it sounded like they were drag racing.

The place was clean and enough space for what we needed. The bed was comfortable and parking was easy.

Great location!

All was good except the internet. Couldn't stream Netflix more than a few minutes without it buffering, then stopping. Happened 5 times in less than an hour of "trying" to watch a movie at night. I gave up and went to bed.
