Come have it all in this beautiful condo. Situated in desirable midtown Ocean City and conveniently located ocean side so you never have to cross the street to get to the beach! Dinner plans? Keep your car parked for free and walk to the towns best restaurants, bars and entertainment like Seacrets, Fagers Island, Macky's...and more!
The space
When entering you'll be greeted with tons of natural light that fills the space beautifully right outside is your very large private deck perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. When the sun starts to set the whole place transforms to a gorgeous glow of pink, orange and purple. This condo has been nicknamed "The Sunset House" by many!
Guest access
There is one bedroom with a one queen size bed. The couch can also comfortably accommodate one person. The bedroom has two large closets for clothing and luggage. The TV stand in the living room also doubles as extra storage for clothing etc.

The living room and bedroom both have smart TV's with netflix, HULU and Prime. Wifi is strong for streaming and getting work done.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge, stove/oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker as well as pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower and tub combo and a bug vanity with storage underneath. There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience.

On the ground floor of the condo you'll find an outdoor shower to rinse sandy feet or beach toys.
