The place was the perfect size for our family. It gave us lots pf space to gather and relax. There are good grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The location was convenient for all the places we wanted to go. Even getting to UK was easy. And the owner was very clear, prompt, and friendly with communication.

This was the perfect location for us. We came to Georgetown to visit family. It is located close to restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. The host was very responsive. He left snacks and a couple of bottles of water. This was a nice touch to begin our trip. There are plenty of towels and wash clothes to use, as well as soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathrooms. The mattresses are comfortable. A couple of nightstands in the bedrooms would be nice for future guests. There is one Roku tv downstairs. TV’s in the upstairs bedrooms would be a nice addition at some point in the future. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location

We attended an event at horse park. House was very convenient to that location as well as great dining in Georgetown. Property was very clean, quiet, and well laid out. We'll stay here again.

Short weekend stay.

Were in town for the weekend for a wedding and house worked perfectly, much better than getting 3 hotel rooms. Nice place, seemed recently renovated.

Good spot

Clean and simple, easy check in, good location to Lexington or Georgetown. Plenty of space, good amenities. Can’t complain too much except walls were maybe a bit thin and could hear neighbors/dogs/etc throughout the night. Would stay again though

I was impressed by how clean the house seemed. However, I was surprised by the lack of common amenities, such as night stands next to the beds.
