Great accommodations

Stayed during March to attend a competition at the Kentucky Horse Park. Very clean and comfortable home, convenient access to many stores, restaurants, amenities, the KHP and Lexington. Will definitely try to stay here again next year!

Nice property, beware of false listing

Nice place, house was clean. Nice neighborhood. Our main issue was one of the draws to this listing was hot tub being listed as an amenity. Through a VRBO glitch, this was listed inaccurately. While not the fault of the host, we weren't informed of proper procedures and therefore werent able to get our money back....despite us paying up to stay here and stay farther away from the event we came to town for. As I say, overall nice house. Quiet area. Clean. Just frustrated about VRBO error and then not being informed of proper procedures for getting refund/money back. this property

Liberty horse festival trip

Your place was perfect. 8 girls from ages 13-51came for a horse festival. Your home was perfect. We were all comfortable and had our own areas to separate.

Dude and Momos

Home was nice and clean. Loved that it had lots of towels. We were a group of women in town for the Horsey 100 bike ride, and we appreciated the cleanliness and towels! Everything was accurate as on website. Only one problem was ants in the kitchen by the oven. Not a big deal but just FYI on that. I would stay here again.

Keenland Trip

My wife, sister in law, parents in laws and myself stayed during the opening weekend of keenland. The house was everything we were looking for close to Lexington but also in a quiet place were we could relax in the evening. The house was super clean and the check in process was very easy. It was easy to find right off the highway. The host was fantastic for any changes that needed to be made and communicating everything. Would definitely stay again.

We were falsely charged an extra $200

Beware of extra charges days after your stay! I have never had to leave a negative review from any home rental. We used the kitchen for one breakfast cooking and upon opening the oven, one side of the oven door handle came unscrewed. I messaged the host. Two days after we left, I get a $200 charge for the oven door. I tried to communicate with her but she was adamant about keeping the charge.

Wonderful!!

The house is in a quiet little neighborhood. It is stocked with all basic kitchen supplies plus some. We had everything we needed. Communication was easy and every issue we had was taken care of immediately. Check in was a breeze. Stayed here for 5 nights and couldn’t ask for a better stay.
